This Unit has more than you'll need: a fully stocked kitchen, Nectar Mattresses for your sleep comfort, white feather duvets, and Egyptian cotton linens. It's the perfect place to relax after a fun outing in Music City! Did I mention the gorgeous furnished rooftop?
Kcups, cream, sugar, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Also, Corn hole boards to play and coolers for your pre-gaming.
Our Unit is the ideal place for your getaway. Located only 10 min uber ride from Broadway music fun, 15 min from the Nashville Airport, and 13 min from the Grand Ole Opry.

Beds were amazing! House very well appointed with supplies. Great location. Parking tough if multiple vehicles. Garage nice. Train noise multiple times daily, and nightly. Lots of stairs.Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Nashville Stay – Even Better Than Expected! This home was honestly so much bigger and better than we expected! Everything about it exceeded our expectations — the appliances were top-notch, the entire place was spotless, and the modern décor made it feel so cozy and welcoming, like a true home away from home.The beds were insanely comfortable, and the outdoor space was absolutely phenomenal. Even with so many fun things to do in Nashville, we found ourselves wanting to stay in and enjoy the house! We actually went around and asked everyone what their favorite part was, and unanimously, everyone said the rooftop.The massive kitchen island was perfect for hosting and made it so easy to have a big family-style dinner with our group of seven friends. We also loved the games provided and used pretty much all of them! Every room was spacious, and everyone felt super comfortable.The attention to detail was incredible — from feminine products in the bathrooms to a sewing kit, plenty of towels, and thoughtful little touches everywhere. It truly felt like everything we could possibly need was already there.We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. If we come back to Nashville, we’ll 100% be booking here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Yes, there are trains, but it’s not really an issue. Very centrally located! No more than 10 to 15 minutes to everything we wanted to do. Enough space to spread out and work individually. Also comfortable for our group of four to meet in the kitchen and living area. Very clean and comfortable.

The house looked better than the pictures! It was clean and a nice place to book for vacation. I would book this again if I were to stay in Nashville!

Not as advertised in photos

The pictures show a garafe to park in. However, while it appears to be a two car garage, it not even big enough to fit anything bigger than a compact car or SMALL SUV. Not even close to fitting second vehicle. The floors were so unclean tgat after walking around for only 10 minutes, my white socks were black. It is right next to train tracks with multiple trains going through all hours of the day and night. If you're a light sleeper at all, tge train whistles will wake you several times per night.

It was a great apartment to stay at and easy to get into. There is a garage that’s nice to have if you get a rental car. It’s also about 10 minutes from last activities downtown and about 20 minutes from the shopping outlet. All the beds are comfy and come with enough pillows and blankets for two people.

Perfect for a group

The house was so nice and was perfect for a group. The owners were accommodating and so quick to respond. They were very helpful. Beds were comfy and it was clean. We really appreciated how easy it was to stay here and how little stress it was.

Graduation Trip

Family traveling for a graduation. Very nice to have separate floors with bedroom/bathroom combos. Only downside was the stairs for our older travelers. Living room furniture not very comfortable.

Great Stay!

Close to downtown with cheap Uber rides.Nice rooftop area.The trains that go by really aren't bad. Heavy sleepers won't wake up. If you are a light sleeper, you may wake up but they go by quickly and did seem to blare there horn less times during the night. They provide sound machines but I think only one couple used them during our stay. Overall nice, clean place to stay! Would stay again!

Loved the property. It had everything we needed. The rooftop was amazing. We actually really enjoyed watching the train go by it was not a huge disruption. Quick and easy to grab a Lyft to downtown.

Perfect place for multiple couples. 4 couples and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable! Great location!

Highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Great place for 4 couples to stay. Beautiful, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were so comfortable and the entire condo was spotless. The rooftop patio was a great place to hang out before or after going out. Lots of stairs and a train, but it was good exercise and the train didn’t bother us. 10 minute drive to Broadway. Karen, our host was very quick to communicate when needed. Thanks you

Great location and very clean

Very good location and very clean. It was really nice to have 4 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Great for 4 couples. Hostess was very responsive. Short Uber drive to downtown.As the reviews tell you the train comes through multiple times per day including at night but didn’t really bother us. Definitely purely recommend this place.

This property was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The check-in and out process was extremely smooth. Great location and genuinely the only downside to this property is the train which we didn’t mind. Will definitely be back on our next trip to Nashville!

Great place to stay

The house met all our needs with 4 couples. All had nice rooms with all our own baths. Great location! Only 10 minutes from Broadway. The host was amazing to work with and instant response to any questions we had. Train is a little loud but tolerable and rooftop is nice. Would highly recommend.
