Enjoy your next vacation in this stunning coastal style 5 bed, 4 bath home located in the amenity-rich community of Ocean View Beach Club and only 2.5 miles to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shopping. The home offers open concept living with a large fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized island. The living area offers a flat-screen television, fireplace, and ample seating. The first floor also includes one bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower in the hallway leading to the living room.

The second floor boasts a spacious loft space with a flat-screen television. The master bedroom located on this level offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. There are 3 additional bedrooms on this level. One with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and one with two sets of bunk beds. The rooms have access to two full bathrooms each with a shower/tub combination. The laundry room is located on this level as well. This property also offers a pack and play and a high chair. This home also comes with a charger for electric vehicles in the garage, bikes for guests to use, beach chairs, puzzles, games, and books.

In the back, there is a large yard and which is a great space for enjoying meals and playing games in the yard and there is a gas grill. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Take advantage of the many community amenities, including a community pool, billiards, gym, and sauna, or take the shuttle to the boardwalk in Bethany Beach on weekends.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)

We loved the house…didn’t want to leave! And we all agree it has the most well-stocked kitchen of any rentals. We would definitely rent again :)

Great time!

We had a great time and loved the place! The kitchen island is amazing and we loved that they had toys for the kids! The community pool was nice and just a short drive to the beach. Wish the check in process could have been easier, but otherwise we loved it!

Ocean View at Bethany.

Love the house, could have been cleaned better, we had to sweep and vacuum the kitchen and dining room. When we removed the mattress cover on the first floor bedroom found dried blood on it. The barbecue caught fire when we first used it.

My family and I always have a great time down at Bethany Beach and this year didn’t disappoint. The house was great, weather was amazing and we enjoyed our time overall! Highly recommend!

First Choice Properties

This was a very nice home that was recently built and tastefully decorated. The property management group, First Choice Properties failed in communication and accused the customer of an infraction without getting any facts & evidence. Mario was the representative that made this error in judgment. It had such a profound impact on our family unit that a few members felt threaten and had a difficult time relaxing the remainder of the vacation for fear of a suggested eviction.
