When you pull up to this West Gulf Beaches vacation home you are welcomed with ample, parking, and ground level entrance. On the west entrance offers a large foyer, adjoined by a full bath with shower and laundry down the hall an open living area awaits where you can watch the big game or find your favorite show on the 65-inch flat screen TV. With a walk-in pantry and endless cabinetry, you've got more than enough space for all your groceries. Our well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or dish up seafood take-out! The brand-new stainless appliances and pristine, expansive granite countertops make mealtime a breeze. And with two dining areas that comfortably seat eight and six people, you can linger at the table with a coastal meal and lively conversation. After dinner, continue the fun with a game of shuffleboard or any one of the board games or puzzles plenty to choose from!

When settling in for the night Pelican Point offers two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a king bed and flat screen TV, afforded privacy by a shared bathroom conveniently located between them.

On the second floor (steps off the living room) you will find another three bedrooms one outfitted with two sets of bunk beds, another with one set of bunk beds and another with a queen bed, each with its own TV. This level also offers a large dual-entrance bathroom centrally located for use by all. For guests looking to find a quiet getaway with beautiful views of the bay, you'll also have the benefit of a cozy loft, with a hanging TV.

The house conveniently offers separate but attached living space on the east side. If you're the fortunate guests living it up on this side, you'll enter the kitchen and dining area, equally well-equipped and with another dining table that seats eight. The living room offers light, coastal decor with comfy furnishings. If the views of the bay entice you outside, you'll find direct access to the patio (shared and spanning the full length of the house) for taking in the fresh Florida air! You'll also enjoy a full bath and two bedrooms, one more with a king bed and one with two bunk beds, again with TVs in each room.

You'll settle in easily, allowing you to quickly turn your attention to the fun! Roast marshmallows in the firepit, rinse off in our outdoor shower, or start your day dropping your line into Apalachicola Bay at the end of the 400-foot pier or watching the sun light up the water from the expansive covered back patio.

Make the most of your vacation days with nearby island shops and restaurants, the multi-use path spanning the entire Island, and the Gulf of Mexico white beaches. Or hop in the car for a Two Bridge Ride 20-minute drive to Apalachicola's shops, restaurants, and arts scene!

You're all but guaranteed a restful nights sleep on luxurious mattresses with quiet surroundings, and a ceiling fan to circulate the A/C. Wake up refreshed for another magical day.

And there is more good news! You don't have to leave furry family members behind because they are welcome too! Best yet, with ceramic tile floors throughout.! (2 dogs max.)
