No air mattresses or couch guests are permitted for safety purposes.

Please include the total number of expected guests when making your VRBO reservation. If you need to add additional guests prior to your arrival, please notify the host for adjustments. You may also add additional guests during your stay by notifying the host.

In an effort to save valuable resources, accommodations are prepared for the number of guests on your reservation. If you need to add additional guests, additional beds, linens, towels, toilet paper, toiletries etc are absolutely available and gladly provided upon request.

STAIRS:
Please note the areas with stairs.
1. Three bedrooms and a full bath are located on the second level(3 queen beds, two twin bunkbeds, total of 4 twin bunks)
2. There are three stairs at the entrance of three of the King Suites
4. There are stairs required to access the back patio.
The deck located off the kitchen is easily accessible for those with mobility issues.

CHILDREN:
We are happy to host children, but it's important to note that the cabin is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. There are stairs, play areas and ample outdoor space which will require full time supervision at all times.
Infants and children(2 & under) are free of charge.
Children that require the same accommodations as an adult are priced at the adult rate.

DOGS:
We love our family pets and definitely want to welcome yours. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs to stay at our cabin. All dogs must be pre-approved, discussed up front and included on the reservation. A credit card will be require to remain on file until departure. The pet fee is $300 for the first pet,$50 each additional pet($500 max)
Undisclosed pets will result in immediate eviction without refund or a pet fee/fine of $100 per pet added to your final bill. Please be sure to alert us should there be any pet damage. We have fur babies and understand accidents happen. Honesty is always best so we can work through any issues together. Please pick up pet waste before departure!

CHECK-IN: 4PM & CHECK-OUT BY 10AM
We MIGHT be able to provide an early check-in or a late check-out ONLY if our schedule allows for an additional fee - please inquire when making the reservation.

GUEST ACCESS
Our home is equipped with a lock and key pad. There are no keys for added security. Guests only have access during their reservation. If you arrive early, you will not have access to the home.

A lot of wonderful memories, time, care, and money has been put into our cabin that we LOVE. We only want to have the best guests who will respect our home as their own.
