The space: This gorgeous 3200 sqft home with 5 beds, 4.5 baths and a fully equipped kitchen layout for a family and friends gathering. Find yourself relaxing under the beautiful Florida sun. Heated pool, pool table, and mini golf course in your own backyard. It includes a sparking blue swimming pool, soaking tub, and a cabana tiki hut equipped with a TV sound system and outdoor BBQ grill.
LOCATION: A perfect location near all, just a quick 5 minute drive to beach
parks, bars, restaurants, and groceries. A short 15 minute drive to West Palm Beach airport, 40 minutes drive to Fort Lauderdale airport, 60 minutes to Miami, and 20 minutes to Delay beach and Boca Raton.

Great place to stay! So fun and clean with a beautiful backyard. Kenny, the property manager was so easy to work with and very helpful!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!!

We had a wonderful vacation visiting family in the area. The house had an awesome backyard. It was spacious, well stocked and comfortable.

We were met at the house by Kenny, a nice guy, who gave us a walk through and basic instructions. We had 8 family members plus a 2 year old. There was plenty of room for us all to have a bedroom - 2 bedrooms are ensuite. A crib and highchair were provided which we really appreciated. The real bonus in this house is the backyard and swimming pool which we used everyday. The kitchen was nicely stocked with basics but could benefit from a deep cleaning. The oven worked but 3 of the 4 burners did not. There are many outlets and lights in the house that are not functioning but these are all fixable not deal breakers. In general I would recommend the house for a gathering of family and friends.

Boynton beach day

Perfect property for extended family. We had seniors millennials and babies staying with us. all the adults had king-size beds to sleep in and the kids loved the bunkbeds in the fifth bedroom. The pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed. The kids love the little putting green. Proximity to the beach was excellent. Lots of great places to eat near the house.

Parents weekend

We had a group of parents in town to watch their daughters play college volleyball. This place was amazing and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The back yard is where we spent most of our time. The back yard was just amazing and perfect for entertaining. The house has everything that you would possibly need. Would definitely stay here again!

Kenny was an awesome host and very responsive to anything we needed. House was nice, clean and kitchen meant all our cooking needs. We spent majority of our time outside enjoying all of the amenities from the pool, hot tub, putting green, tiki bar to fire pit. Definitely recommend this property and hope to go back! Kenny and Van are fabulous hosts. Response times were immediate. Pool and backyard are beautiful. The grandkids had fun with putting green. Ample chairs and towels for around the pool. Clean comfortable beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was very convenient

Backyard oasis

This back yard is what this place is all about and where we spent 80% of our time (aside from sleeping!) the pool, hot tub and outdoor tvs, putt putt and grills allowed us to spend so much QT outside as a family! House is great and Kenny was a wonderful host! ☺️

Great Vacay

A beautiful, large home with 5 bedrooms. Grandma stayed on first floor bedroom with own shower and toilet that was good height for senior citizen. Each teenage grandchild had his own bedroom while their parents shared one and their uncle had his own room! The pool was wonderful…great temperature! We enjoyed the miniature golf, table tennis, and drum set! We hated to leave the beautiful home and return to 4 degree temperatures!

Unique & spacious home

We stayed with a group of 9 and had plenty of space for everyone. Loved all the king size beds. Large dining, kitchen & living rooms. Kitchen was very well stocked! Backyard was perfect with 8 loungers and more chairs than I can remember. Plenty of shade, too. We enjoyed the putting green, grill and outdoor tv. And of course the pool and hot tub were used by all. Close to restaurants, I95 and the beach is a 5 minute drive. Communication before and during stay was timely and thorough. Highly recommend!

A great stay for all of us!

We had 5 adults and 5 kiddos ranging from age 2 - 75. The house was clean and spacious and met all of our needs. The bunkbed room slept all the children together comfortably, and could easily sleep 6. The king beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the kitchenware was in good condition. While there were plenty of plastic plates, I would recommend getting a bit more plastic wear (drinking glasses and bowls) for use by the pool. The pool was clean and the outdoor space was very enjoyable. We spent most of our time there swimming and relaxing. The location was close to shopping with all necessities nearby. The owner/manager was very responsive when needed. We would certainly stay at this home again.

Clean house close to the beach

We stayed here comfortably with 8 adults and 3 children. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. It was about a 7 min drive to the beach. There was also beach chairs, towels, and beach toys available for use which was nice for the kids. The pool And hot tub were also clean and nice to use when they were heated correctly. Unfortunately the host turned on the heaters when we arrived the pool and hot tub took 1.5 days to be for them comfortable to swim in. A few other things listed in the listing weren’t working such as Bluetooth music outdoors. The host was responsive and greeted us upon arrival to show us around the house. Just be aware there are some cameras in the backyard pool area so you don’t have full privacy.
