Le condo est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble en front de mer avec vue sur la mer de Cortez. Vous verrez les couchers de soleil depuis le patio, et profiter des vues spectaculaires dans le confort de la salle de séjour spacieuse. L'unité est élégant et meublé avec un décor de luxe qui vous fera vous sentir confortable et à la maison au moment où vous entrez par la porte. À environ 2000 pieds carrés de l'unité est très spacieuse et dispose King, 2 lits queen size et 4 salles de bains où chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains. Le canapé dans le salon se déplie également pour un lit supplémentaire.

Plusieurs étapes des patios est une grande piscine à débordement et un bain à remous que toute la famille peut profiter. La piscine dispose d'un bar de la piscine et un restaurant baptisé Survivor Bar que vous puissiez profiter soit de l'eau, à des tables près de la piscine, ou avoir les serveurs livrer vos commandes directement à l'unité. Si vous attrapez un poisson pendant votre séjour puis les chefs du bar de la piscine peuvent se préparer et faire cuire le poisson pour vous.

A quelques pas passées de la piscine, vous arrivez à une plage incroyable que étend sur des miles autour de la péninsule. La communauté a un défi de 18 trous Arthur Hills golf, des courts de tennis, et offre le kayak de mer. Il ya un assortiment d'activités à choisir à l'intérieur de la ville de La Paz et les régions avoisinantes. En bateau, il est possible d'explorer et de faire de la plongée autour de l'île voisine de Espiritu Santo, l'expérience de la pêche de renommée mondiale de la région, et d'observer la vie marine spectaculaire. Il ya beaucoup de restaurants, bars, boîtes de nuit, et des événements sociaux étonnantes à choisir. Utilisez les kayaks disponibles gratuitement à nager avec les requins baleines et les dauphins qui se nourrissent régulièrement au large de la plage en face de la copropriété.

Les ferry-boats circulent toutes les 30 minutes de 7h30 à 1130pm, et vous transporter entre le quai de la promenade de La Paz et le développement sur la péninsule sans frais. Si vous séjournez sur 1130pm passé, alors un bateau en fin de soirée est disponible moyennant un supplément. A l'intérieur le développement du transport gratuit est disponible pour vous conduire entre les condos, quai de bateau, et parcours de golf. Il est également possible de louer des voiturettes de golf pour toute la durée de votre séjour à utiliser le transport à l'intérieur du développement.

Pour se rendre à La Paz soit voler directement dans l'aéroport de La Paz et de prendre un taxi de 10 minutes à l'embarcadère, ou voler dans Cabo et prendre une navette de 2 heures pittoresque à La Paz. Nous vous recommandons d'arrêter par Wal Mart sur votre chemin à l'embarcadère pour ramasser la nourriture, des collations et des boissons avant d'arriver à l'unité.

Family vacation to LaPaz

This was our second stay at this condo. We love the location, the pool, easy access to the beach and town. The condo has your basic needs but could use with some restocking of basic kitchen supplies (oil, spices). Our property manager was great and easy to get ahold of. We enjoyed our stay and made a ton of memories with our kids. We would gladly stay here again and hope to be back soon!

La Paz is the best!

Property was everything we expected. We had a minor problem with the door lock and the property manager had it fixed the following day. Being a ground floor unit make access to the pool and beach so easy. Very happy with our stay!

Nice family or couples get away!

We lived the condo. It was very versatile. There were three separate Master suites. The pool was huge and lovely for both adults and children. The beach was basically all to ourselves. Nice and shallow for playing and lots of fun seas creatures to discover and shells to collect. The owners and property manager wetter very responsive and support sweet! The staff was awesome and very good at thirty jobs. We had a lovely time.

Fabulous Condo, Amazing Property Manager

We enjoyed our stay in Paraiso Del Mar thoroughly! Beautiful location, extremely kind and responsive property manager, amazing beach right out our doorstep, lovely food and drinks at both the pool and golf course restaurants- I could go on and on! The condo itself is very clean, well appointed with towels, linens, kitchen utensils and small appliances (blender and coffee maker), lovely furniture and massive rooms. Being on the ground floor provides easy access to the pool and beach. We cannot wait to stay at this condo again in the future!

Quiet, beautiful and peaceful

We loved our stay at Paraiso Del Mar. The property is great, the condo is very well-equipped, the people working at the condo are awesome and the town, beaches and general location is great! I highly recommend it! We even enjoyed the long drive out to the peninsula (so beautiful!), though the ferry is VERY convenient and easy too. My only suggestions are to replace the "iffy" router with one more reliable and include a working flashlight for those occasional and brief power cuts (never more than 20 minutes). Thank you!

Excellent service

Rodolfo, the property manager was always aware of us, received us at the dock and made sure that we were well installed before leaving the apartment; It is a very large place and more than enough for my family of four adults and three teenagers. The employees of the complex are always very kind and punctual when it comes to picking us up in the transport and the boat that takes us to the marina in La Paz. The food in the restaurant is very good, maybe the only change I suggest is that they close later (the last reservation is accepted at 7pm) I would definitely like to stay there on my next trip to La Paz

We all enjoyed our stay at Paraiso Del Mar. Communication and check-in process was great, condo was as pictured and described. It was especially nice to be on the ground floor with easy access to the pool. All of the workers on property were welcoming and friendly. We will definately be back!

Very nice escape

We had a great time at Natalia’s condo. We came during summer which seems to be a slow time at the property (transportation staff says that January-April is busier). At one point our air conditioning did not work, our circuit breaker for the AC was turned off while maintenance was being done on another unit. The property manager Ana was very responsive and it was fixed quickly.

Beautiful and relaxing

Steps from the pool. Has everything you would need to cook, just bring groceries over on the ferry. Beautiful grounds and wonderful condo. Right on beach... practically by ourselves out there. We all enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic time in Paraiso Del Mar

We loved everything about our stay at Natalia's place! The home was nicely furnished and had everything we need. Kitchen was modern and stocked full of gadgets. There was an iPod stereo system for our phones and a large flat screen for TV. The convenience of being on the first floor can't be understated since it makes walking to the pool so easy. Natalia was responsive and answered all of our questions. The property manager Anna was really nice and greeted us when we first arrived. The development itself is quiet and laid back since only residents and guests are allowed. There weren't many people there at all during our stay so it literally felt like our own personal paradise. Calling transportation to take us to the boat dock was easy and they picked us up right at the doorstep. Most of the staff there is very friendly and speaks English. The restaurant at the pool made great cocktails and their food was fresh and tasty. We kayaked right off the beach there and on one morning had an absolutely incredible experience with a dolphin pod that swam around us. La Paz is a already magical place and staying in the Paraiso Del Mar community made it even better. We're definitely going to come back!!

The best vacation in Mexico

Finally, we found the ultimate location for vacationing in Mexico. Paraiso del Mar is a gem in the city of La Paz area. Only 10-12 minutes by a free shuttle boat from the city of La Paz (which is very safe and charming place, with a beautiful miles long Malecon - a local term for the boardwalk), and you enter the most relaxing place you can imagine. It is so different from typical tourist destinations like Cabo or Cancun, with often annoying tourist crowds. But don't think that you'll be bored here. There are tennis courts, a great golf course on premises, free paddle boards and kayaks and unbelievable fishing. On top of that, you can walk for miles along the unspoiled beach, often in total solitude. The accommodation is fantastic. This 3 bedrooms, 4 baths condo has not 1 but 3 entries, so every bedroom can be accessed separately, with total privacy. The condo is very big and furnished beautifully. A big advantage of its location is that you can go to the pool or to the sea right from the patio. You appreciate it even more when going to dine at the pool area, where a few gourmet chefs run an improvised restaurant. If you prefer, they would even bring your order to your room or your patio. This restaurant is so good that on this trip we never dined anywhere else, even though there are a few very good restaurants in La Paz. I am writing this review with a mixed feeling - on the one hand, it's good to share a good experience, on the other hand, one may want to keep this little secret for one's own pleasure. We'll certainly come back here, hopefully many times.

Renewed, Recharged and Refreshed!

As Midwesterners we've made countless trips to Cancun and most recently three Cabo trips in past four years…my wife, junior in HS and senior collegian totally enjoyed both the downtown community and staff of Paraiso del Mar over our eleven night stay. The citizens of La Paz are incredibly friendly and most respectful. My blonde wife and senior collegian visited downtown to shop and eat a few times and never felt uncomfortable, "spotted" or aggressively approached to purchase or even look in the market or shops. Most certainly--of all destinations and properties we've enjoyed ion Mexico hands down La Paz is our favorite! Transportation through PanchoTuros was outstanding…Communication from Octavio was timely and responsive just as it was from condo owner Natalia from California and her property manager Ana on site in La Paz. We bought lunch for our driver Sergio in Los Barrillies on the way to La Paz for awesome fish tacos--he also spoke excellent English and knew condo owner Natalia. Nicholas was the ambassador of transportation and a great representative of the awesome staff at Paraiso del Mar. He spoke excellent English and was always, always on time! My son really enjoyed talking to Pablo of the Survivor Bar staff near the pool. My wife and daughter always had a few daiquiri's at happy hour in the late afternoon! Marco was very attentive at the Arthur Hills golf course setting us up each time with rental clubs, range time and a cart--my son played four times and myself three! The course is in excellent condition with many waterfront and beachfront holes. Natalia's condo blew my kids away--we opted for the 3BR set up and weren't even expecting a 4th full bath! The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dish ware and other necessities. We ate breakfasts daily and a few lunches in the condo--allot of snacks too. The two dinners at the Survivor Bar on site were excellent--surf and turf one night and awesome fish taco's and fresh ceviche. The wireless network connected day one and was used steadily through the trip to watch Netflix, surf and check email. Calm waters on the first Friday and second Saturday allowed us the chance to see our first whale shark and dolphin's up by close by paddleboat instead of an $85/head charter! We can't wait to return to B-104, PdM, La Paz and see our new friends we met these past eleven nights! We returned 78-80 degree temps to 15 below zero temps and 40 below wind chills from the Polar Vortex!

Fabulous!

My husband and I spent 3 glorious weeks at this amazing condo. The pictures do not do it justice...it is absolutely beautiful! Tastefully decorated, huge rooms, stocked with every appliance you could want and beautiful linens and towels. The beach is amazing...you can walk for miles on one of the most pristine untouched beaches, and watch the dolphins swim by just about every morning! The staff and property manager, Ana, go above and beyond to help you with anything and make you feel welcome. The infinity pool is huge and beautiful and has a nice bar and restaurant if you choose to take the day off from cooking. Baja California and La Paz itself is one of the best places we have ever been to, and we have done a lot of traveling. You feel safe, the town has many amenities, a beautiful 7 km long boardwalk along the ocean, super friendly people and fabulous restaurants. If you have never been, we highly recommend it! Thank you Natalia for your hospitality at your beautiful condo!

Wonderful condo

Just returned from a week in paradise with our friends. This condo is in an excellent location-just steps from the pool and beach. We ate most of our meals on the patio and spent the evenings relaxing there with our drinks we kept in our kitchen. We stopped at the store on our way from the airport in the free shuttle and stocked up on beverages and food. We cooked our breakfasts and lunches at the condo and visited La Paz for dinner. The "taxi" is just a phone call away and the boat launch is just a mile from the condo. We also used the bikes for exercise and to explore Paraiso--and the sea kayaks were a new adventure for us. The pool bar is handy but we made our own drinks--not difficult since the condo is so close to the pool. The staff was very nice--helped with arranging our excursions--must go to Isla Espiritu-we used Mar Y Adventura--We also golfed--a very nice course with some great views. This condo has the best location in the whole complex--it is so nice to just walk to the pool and back when you need a snack or a bathroom break! And Natalia made the whole trip easy to plan. THanks for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful stay!

We just returned from a wonderful week in La Paz, staying at Paraiso del Mar. We were very pleased with both the unit and the property. The pictures on the website don't do the unit justice. It is huge, beautiful and spotless! The people who took care of us at Paraiso del Mar were extremely helpful! The arranged transportation to and from the airport with no problems. We loved Ana the property manager, she was so caring. Our two boys (13 and 11) loved taking both the golf cart shuttles around the property and taking the ferry across the short crossing to town. We also loved the complimentary bikes on the property, we would hop on to take rides to the little store, or to the ferry. We also took advantage of the complimentary kayaks! We loved those, and they were always available. The place is really a paradise, so mellow and uncrowded. The pool was gorgeous and it was great to have the pool bar there with food and drinks, which were surprisingly reasonable. It is an amazing place and condo! We are so glad we went, and plan on going again next year. The only thing we would do differently, is fly out of Tijuana instead of LAX. Flights to La Paz on Volaris are much cheaper, we discovered, than Horizon. Anyway, I never write reviews but really wanted to this time, because everything was so perfect!

It was clear that this location and the brand new resort community was the definition of paradise, and that we were going to want to spend as much time there as possible. The views are absolutely gorgeous, the weather is amazing, and the area is rich with history and authenticity.

As soon as you step off the airplane, you'll be absorbed into the comfort that you'll experience throughout your vacation, as from start to finish you'll be catered to on every level. Because the unit is located on the first floor, stepping out to the pool or taking a walk down the beach can be done in a few steps and in complete convenience. Travel around the community, as well as to and from the ferry, is free and can be done at anytime of the day.
