Penthouse on the Beach.

This penthouse apartment was absolutely stunning inside. A fantastic layout and very well maintained. My family loved the stay. The only downside is some of the noise from the Casino (underneath the penthouse) bled through in the late evening. Parking across the street in a reserved slot was extremely convenient. Fantastic stay!

Great house...Owner was great and spared no expense on the beach penthouse

I have rented many homes from Home Away and this one looked great...we had 10 people running the Smutty Nose 1/2 Marathon on October 1, 2017 and we were gonna make a weekend of it...house was right on the Ocean...I was skeptical of the house being on top of a casino (I was worried about noise) but the noise was reasonable and the casino closed at midnight... Owner spared no expense on the house...top of the line kitchen and surround sound throughout the entire house...and very clean...beds were comfortable...highly recommend... Dan

IMPRESSIVE, BEST PROPERTY AT HAMPTON BEACH

All I can say is simply... WOW! Terry did a wonderful job with this property. Very impressive and has that WOW factor as you first enter and walk up the steps. The pictures online doesn't do it justice. Master Bedroom is unbelievable, and the view off the porch/deck was amazing. This property is in the heart of all the action. Casino is right below you, arcade is a couple blocks away and you have the ocean view right in front. Terry answered all emails/calls within 24 hours and gave us a nice tour of the place. Friends and I had a blast , definitely will look into this property again in the future. Thanks for everything Terry!

Great First Experience in the Penthouse

Our stay at the Penthouse exceeded our expectations. While being in the heart of Hampton Beach with pedestrian/vehicle traffic and the casino located just below, noise when in your "private oasis" was to be expected but turned out to be pleasantly minimal. Spectacular views of the strip, beach, Atlantic Ocean, sunrise and distant harbor views were had from the interior as well as the well furnished wrap around decks. The convenience of the 2 assigned parking spaces directly across the street, HUGH! This truly is a luxurious accommodation with an amazingly unique location and layout. Fabulously equipped, tastefully decorated , stylish yet comfortable, very clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything one could need for a perfect stay. Fantastic attention to details were obvious by the owner, Terry, who was a pleasure to work with. Look forward to making this an annual family getaway.

Best place to stay at Hampton Beach

The photos of Terry's condo are not misleading. But they can't truly capture the pure luxury you will experience. I have been going to Hampton Beach for over 40 years and have never seen accommodations like this. Once you enter the penthouse the craziness of the boardwalk fade away. You have the best of both worlds with a soundproof environment inside as well as a wrap around deck that allows you to absorb the entire Hampton Beach experience. The deck view gives you a entirely new perspective of Wednesdays traditional firework show. The attention to detail is very impressive. Top of the line is the only words I can use to describe this property. Dual audio zones give you flexibility during entertaining. Two HD Flat screen TV's hang over the gas fire places, very cool. The appiances are all pro grade. Gas stove makes cooking a dream. AC works great as well as the steam shower (my favorite). I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a high end vacation at Hampton Beach. The accommodations will not disappoint you. Please note you have to climb two flights of stairs, this may be a problem for some people. - Rick

Extraordinary!

This is a great stay and if I can give a rating of 10 stars I would not hesitate doing so. Terry's property is more than you could think of, has a great view, and Terry does not save on appliances -- it has the most comfortable sofa-bed one can ever sleep on, not to mention all sorts of conveniences brought by this "fully-loaded" house. I think this is great entrepreneurship and when you deal with this business in the right way you get a lot of value out of it, a value cannot measured just by money. A little more details: We had a small wedding ceremony somewhere else but decided to take the wedding reception here over the weekend, so we prepared a full week here. When we get in, we found that we had no need to "decorate" the place at all. It's perfectly decorated and just look gorgeous and big. We had a party of ~40 people in total that night, and we hardly filled the front "living room". All our guests were impressed and we were super happy. All appliances functions right and we found more than we needed to do anything. There are thousands of glasses and a wine cooler that fills ~50 bottles of wines...We prepared food for 40 people and it took us a hard time dragging it home -- and they didn't even fill up the refrigerator...That's how big this place is. The beds are very comfortable, the room's got 1 King, 2 Queens, and 2 sofa beds in the back living room. I believe the sofa bed used memorial foam as its mattress, so that's pretty impressive and show how detailed Terry cares about his property. We had a lot of good sleeps here. The house got a large balcony that overlooks the Atlantic ocean and you can enjoy the sunrise on the deck. It's right in the center of the Hampton beach and you get access to any place easily -- and a Casino/Bar a story below. Anyways, we were excited about this place and we were more than happy to advertise this to any of our friends/families, and to anyone else. We had a unforgettable experience here and we would definitely comeback if the chances are right.

Beyond expectations!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was huge, clean, stocked, and had lots of cool features. The location was also perfect, even in the off season - close to bars and picturesque view of the beach. 100% recommend!

Fantastic

Held our annual golf tournament up in Hampton, and rented the Penthouse for 8 guys. The space couldn't have fit our needs any better. Tons of space, clean, and had everything you could need. Terry did a great job at communicating and working out the details of our visit. Will definitely be staying there again. A+++

Perfect for my 30th Birthday Celebration

It really is an incredible place, the pictures don't do it justice. I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday as it was far to expensive for me to rent a hall or even an private room in a restaurant. I didn't have to worry about annoying any neighbors, there was ample parking and a large handful of my friends and family were able to stay overnight. Fantastic location and views. Terry was there to walk us through everything upon check-in. I would not hesitate to book this space!

Mini vacation at the Hampton Penthouse

Beautiful penthouse suite right in the middle of everything at Hampton Beach. Clean, fully stocked, and Terry and Denise are excellent hosts. We had the best time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Great location, big space, very comfortable.

The property was located right on the main strip in Hampton beach overlooking the ocean. Perfect location. The unit itself was very big and could easily accommodate our group of 6. I would say you could easily sleep 10 with shared beds. Food, beach, shopping all located closely. Would highly recommend for large groups and even groups with kids. Plenty of quiet space you could put them to bed away from the main living area.

Excellent Property at Hampton Beach

The Penthouse at Hampton Beach is better than advertised. This property is excellent in every detail. The location is perfect, the deck area is even more spectacular than the photos, and the parking spots are seriously right across the street. If you are looking at staying in Hampton Beach, I'm going to assume you know the area. It's a beautiful beach with a family-friendly "boardwalk-type" area. This has to be the nicest place to stay at Hampton-- and it really is worth it. We had 6 people at the Penthouse all week with my extended family coming down for day trips to visit. There was never an issue with space -- everyone gets a view of the ocean! I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Terry for an excellent family vacation.

I feel very lucky to have found this amazing, luxurious space in this unlikely locale. Above the casino and the hubbub of the strip, who knew such an oasis existed? Terry was a gracious and welcoming host and we lacked for very little as the Penthouse is very well appointed, anticipating just about every need. I'm not sure what my favorite feature was...the expansive deck, the to-die-for steam shower, the massive master bedroom or the spacious kitchen and living areas overlooking the ocean which were perfect for hosting guests for meals and cocktails. My guests and I loved it all and hope to return to this unique haven which was equal parts luxury and comfort. And I will bring even more friends! Thank you, Terry. Your place is top-notch, and my party had a blast.

Luxury never felt so good!

We wanted the Labor Day weekend fun of Hampton Beach without being cramped. There were 10 adults and 2 children. We never wanted to leave-It had everything and more. It was immaculate. Ocean Gaming was downstairs and had a restaurant and bar and the beach is practically out the front door. We'll be back! It's our favorite place on Hampton Beach!!! Thank You for the excellent beach expereince!
