MOUNTAIN VIEWS and SECLUDED PROPERTY 15 MINUTES FROM PIGEON FORGE PARKWAY

Mountainview Resort has been totally renovated. The property is very secluded, and you do not need to be concerned about your privacy during your stay. It is far from the main highway, so it is easily accessed, yet you will not have traffic disturbing your vacation stay. The landscaping compliments the natural beauty and serenity. Mountain View is located in a gated community with a 24-hour guard station for your added security. The community area offers Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool during swimming season, Hiking Trails, Pavilion with Frisbee golf, golf putting station. A one-time resort fee is charged for these amenities during your stay. Driver and car information is required for each vehicle.

The property is 15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and the main Parkway at Light #3. It easily accesses the main area of Pigeon Forge , which offers Dollywood, the Island, Dolly’s Stampede, as well as the Wax Museum, the Titanic, Wonderworks and much more. There are too many activities to list! The area has grown to become a vacation event that compares to Orlando Florida.

Mountainview Resort is approximately 3,000 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms, and 3 ½ baths. Roku TVs are available in the Family Room, Game Room, and all bedrooms. FUBO is used for streaming TV channels and HBO and Showtime are available for all guests.

Main Level
The open concept rustic cabin has been totally renovated with new hickory hardwood flooring. The living room offers several reclining coaches/chairs and a couch that converts into a queen-size bed. A huge 90” dining room table with chairs and a bench will allow seating for 10-12 people if you are having a large family get-together. The dining area is directly adjacent to the renovated kitchen through a large arched entry. There all are all new appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can imagine.

The dining area and Kitchen offer retro lighting complete with Edison bulbs to make your experience more rustic. The kitchen has under-cabinet and over cabinet lighting to make working on meals easier. The main bedroom is on the main level and has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Lower Level
The lower level has 2 bedrooms with 2 King-Size Beds. There is a full bath and a laundry room that has a new washer and dryer for guests’ use.

Game Room
There is a 65" Roku TV and a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed. A futon converts into a full-size bed. There is a retro refrigerator available for your stay. A 7 Ft. Professional pool table is available for your use, as well as an electronic scoring dartboard. There is plenty of seating, with an area offering a pub-style high stool bar table.

Hot Tub
A brand new 91” hot tub is positioned on a screened-in porch which allows seating for large parties of at least 6-8 people. The enclosed hot tub area will allow guests to enjoy the magnificent views, rain, or shine without insects.

Decks
There is a picnic table and Gas Grill located on the top deck. There is a Hammock Chair and chairs located on the bottom deck.

Florida Room
There is a glassed-in Florida room that can be used to relax and enjoy the view rain or shine.
