As the name implies, this completely renovated beach home is a real shining star of the sea. Beautifully decorated throughout with all-new, well, everything! New owners put their heart and soul into making this home absolutely incredible and ready for your family to enjoy. Stella Marina has made its debut as a completely remodeled home, offering guests beautiful furnishings, beachy décor, two levels of living space, a swimming pool completely fenced for privacy and security, a screened porch, shady covered areas, and sunny decks with dolphin-watch seating, a sandbox for children to enjoy, and so much more.

The upper level of Stella Marina is bright and open, with the kitchen, a dining area, and a living area enhanced by lots of windows, laminate hardwood flooring, and nautical blue and white accents over a beachy color scheme. The kitchen is incredible with beautiful cabinetry. It's fully equipped with all your favorite kitchen necessities, including two coffee pots and a Keurig coffee machine gleaming quartz counters, a tiled backsplash, and all upscale stainless steel appliances. There is convenient counter seating for four at the island and a dining table close by to accommodate eight. Relax in the plush sectional sofa and watch a favorite movie from the large TV. Just off the living area is a spacious screened porch with an additional dining table and chairs, and access to the sunny east-facing back deck overlooking the beautifully landscaped and enclosed yard and pool. You can enjoy views of the ocean from the back deck, as well as bay views from the west-facing front deck, and if you are lucky, you will see one of our world-famous sunsets. The king main bedroom is located on the upper level as well. Boasting a large private main bath with a double vanity and quartz counters, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathroom, a nice feature as the only bedroom on this upper floor.

The lower level offers four bedrooms and two convenient hall baths. You'll find a king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a child-friendly bunk room with two twin bunks. The kid’s bunk room has a DVD player with stacks of DVDs in the closet, along with books, blocks, legos, puzzles, and toys. Both hall baths offer shower/tub combos and are easily accessible from the pool area. Hours of outside fun in the inground swimming pool, which is nicely landscaped with beautiful beach grasses, and surrounded by a large pool deck with lounge chairs, seating, and a picnic table with an umbrella. Just to the right of the pool area is a fun sandbox for your children to enjoy when not at the beach! Sand toys, beach toys, boogie boards, lots of fun extras for your group to use, a nice gesture by the owners to ensure you have a memorable vacation. Getting to the beach is a breeze via a new beach access path and entrance ramp located right by the house! Amenities include including a living room, a king main bedroom, and all bedrooms except the kid's bunk room, WiFi, a pool, a gas grill, a screened porch, a sandbox, an enclosed yard, an outdoor hot/cold shower, and easy beach access. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
