As part of the lush Maui Vista community, youâll enjoy access to three all-season pools, six tennis courts, and a barbecue area. Your convenient South Kihei location also keeps you within walking distance of an array of local shops and eateries.

Vaulted ceilings soar in the sunlit living area, detailed with a comfy sleeper sofa and a 32â flat-screen TV.

BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Open to the living room below, the lofted guest bedroom is configured with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are included. Unassigned parking is provided for one car in the open community lot. Street parking is not available.
If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the other unit managed by Vacasa in this complex for additional space.

This rental does not have central heating or air-conditioning; however, ceiling fans and a window AC unit provide cooling as needed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
