After fun-filled days on the mountain, return for a relaxing swim in the heated pool and a soothing soak in the hot tub. Steps from dining, shops, and entertainment, this alpine retreat is within walking distance of Main Street culture and cuisine. Tee off at the Park City Golf Course (1 mile). In winter months, the course transforms into a wonderful cross-country skiing venue. Conveniently located on the complimentary local bus route, with a stop just a 2-minute walk from your door, this rental makes exploring all Park City has to offer easy.

A sofa bed and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. At night, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the TV. Let your culinary skills shine in the kitchen, equipped with granite counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table, which seats four. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spacious and great location

Very spacious, and the location was great. We enjoyed watching the snow fall outside on the ice skating rink and the ice skaters. The ski lockers downstairs made it easy to take breaks and store our skis overnight instead of lugging them upstairs.

Great location, clean, a bit dated. No complaints, great view of mtn and of ice rink. Nit-picky: would be great to have hooks or more hangers for coats/snow gear.

Exceptional location, that's it

This unit is great for a person or a group that will spend very little time in the unit. I was traveling with my <10 son, so we needed some time in. That said, it was great not having to trek long distances carrying my kids ski stuff.

Incredible location. Steps from the slopes and lift.

We would return. Large condo on the corner above a skating rink. Great location. Some noise at night but not overly concerning. Bright light did come through the skylights at sunrise but maybe we shouldn’t be sleeping in anyway. Condo is big enough for 4 adults or a family.

Great location; couple items would have been nice to have fixed while there

The location was awesome! For the price it sure would have been nice if the property managers could have fixed for is while there and we asked several times then just fixed or gave up. The shade that overlooked the mountains was broken: asked to be fixed as that was such a beautiful view bit no luck. The internet was a bit spotty. There was also a crack in a glass table which was not a problem as it was a clean crack but we felt we couldn’t use the table.

Clean but dated unit with an unbeatable location at PCMR

I've skied Park City for years, but this is the first time I've stayed at the PC base. I've stayed at the Canyons base several times. Obviously, the location is great for skiing the PC side of the resort. Parking was convenient and easy. The unit was very clean, but there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed: broken glass tabletop, nonfunctioning hairdryer in one bathroom, lightbulbs that were out. The unit was very comfortable for two, and could easily accommodate more people, if they don't mind sleeping in the living room. Conveniently, there are two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, with a standard oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and 12-cup coffee maker. Guests could prepare simple meals without difficulty. Get to the hot tubs (on the first floor) early. They fill up fast. Some instructions on getting the TVs operating would have saved time. It would be convenient if, on the last day of their stay, guests could leave their car in the garage after the 10AM checkout until about 2PM, which would let guests ski on their last day, without being in the way of the cleaning crew preparing for the next guests (4PM check in). Guests should know that everything at the PC base closes fairly early. If you want a relaxing dinner, you'll need to take a bus or a twenty minute walk into town. At Canyons, many places stay open late, so you don't have to leave the base area. All in all, we were comfortable and very close, so we got what we paid for.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I rented this home as a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we were looking for - quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent as there are many attractions and placed to eat within the resort area. Summer months are warm in Park City and the air conditioning worked great.

A great location

This condo is located right at the ice rink at Park City Mountain. Easy to the PayDay lift and the bus transit center. The condo is clean and set up well for two couples or a family with one or two kids. Two full baths and a door between the bedroom and living room. The washer and dryer is definitely a plus. The hallways and common areas are showing their age but a renovation projection is supposed to be underway starting April 2022. All in all not a bad place at all.

everything was good except: there was a broken glass table that was very dangerous. reviews online mentioned this so it has been there for a while. we called several times and it did not get fixed during our stay. hot tub jets did not work on 3/7

Ski Trip to Park City

Excellent location if you like ski in / ski out at base of PCM. Overlooks ice skating rink. If you are bothered by a little noise from skaters this may not be your place. But my son and I thought it was great. Ideal access and with parking too. All in all a nice unit

Cozy & convenient condo!

My group loved the fireplace and many amenities of the condo and complex. Turnkey was great communicating with us, and the location (just steps away from the Crescent lift) couldn’t be more convenient. Would recommend to any group!

Spacious, Perfectly Located Unit Directly on Ice Skating Rink

We love Park City and our family travels there at least once a year to ski. this property was amazing - 2 full bathrooms, washer and drier; dining area; lounge area by the windows to view the ice skating. Quick 1 minute walk to the on site convenience store and slope just downstairs. The kids went sledding on the slope at night - it was so much fun. Host was prompt and responsive. Would stay here again!

Spacious condo in convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a bit of a worn and dated condo with a really handy location right at the bottom of Park City Mountain. I stayed there alone, so for me it was huge, but because it has two full baths you could easily squeeze in four with two sleeping on the living room couch. Over all, the condo is due for an update. The shower controller and nozzle are funky and water goes a bit all over. The drain in the bathtub is clogged, and the plug was sitting on the side of the tub, so clearly this has been going on for a while. The only way to get a light in the shower is to turn on this ancient fan that sounds like a jet plane taking off. The kitchen floor needs a serious scrubbing with bleach, and some of the pots were so ancient and rickety that I was afraid to use them, thinking the handle would literally snap off and leave me scalded with boiling water. The bed was very comfortable, but it is not possible to make the bedroom dark, as there is only a thin white blind, more for privacy than anything, and the plaza outside has lights on all night. This unit faces the ice skating rink, not the mountain. There is also a small kind of skylight above the window which has no blind at all. I was there in the summer, and was happy to see there was AC, but it really was not powerful enough to cool down the bedroom. Also, I was excited to read that there is a pool and hottub, but, they are indoors, great in the winter, but not so much in the summer when I was there. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay, especially if you don’t care about it being dark in order to sleep.

Outstanding Location! Super Clean, nicer than pictures

What a great surprise. This unit has the very best location, it was clean, and just perfect. The new carpeting was nice and the bed comfy. Highly recommend it!
