This brand new home features a whole bevy of custom and high-end accoutrements! The attention to detail is hard to describe, but the high-end touches will make your vacation in this home second to none. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms bedding for 10, this home is perfectly comfortable to relax during your stay. And the backyard - when not at the beach, you'll feel right at home with our amazing backyard. Everything has been thought of - a large in-ground custom pool with bubblers and large sun-shelf, large grassy area for the kids to play, plenty of room to run around, a huge covered patio to take a break from the sun and (you're gonna love this) an outdoor kitchen area (sans sink) to stage and grill up that delicious summer dinner. Oh, and lest we forget - a climate controlled pool-side bathroom so you don't have to track the water in when nature calls!

On-site, we have a new 6-passenger golf cart, available for rent for a nightly fee, ready to whisk you two blocks away to our pristine beach.

The single-story setup makes this a good choice for guests who are looking for mobility accommodations. The open-concept living room area has two large sofas and two comfortable chairs, views of the backyard, and a large, flat-screen, high-definition TV. A bright and calming design and warm decor ceilings keep the space light and spacious without sacrificing a homey feel.

The kitchen and dining areas connect seamlessly to the living room, allowing you to cook while socializing with friends and family. The modern kitchen has everything you need to host a meal for you and your guests, including a stovetop and oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and plenty of fridge and cupboard space. There is a large island bar with five bar stools that is ideal for having a morning coffee or laying out snacks and drinks. The dining room table comfortably accommodates up to six people and a breakfast nook/game table can seat an additional four.

Guests have their choice of four bedrooms. There are two primary suites each with king-sized beds and private ensuite bathrooms with dual sink vanities and walk-in showers. Each of these rooms features a modern style and high-end furnishings with large-screen TV, plenty of dresser space, and bedside tables. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the fourth room has two sets of twin bunks perfect for younger guests (or guests young at heart!). The rooms also have high-end furnishings, large-screen TVs, and plenty of space to spread out. These two rooms and the common areas are serviced by the bathroom in the hallway.

There is a washer and dryer in the hallway for added convenience during your stay.
