We want you and all of our future guests to have a great experience! To ensure everyone's continued enjoyment, please abide by the house rules.

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 12 Person Max/ 2 Dog Max (w/ pet fee - must be paid in advance)
- No parties/events
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No smoking or vaping on the property
- Absolutely no fires inside or out (including candles)
- No RV's allowed

To keep things moving smoothly, if a house rule is broken you may be asked to leave and/or charged a fee of $100 plus damages

Some things to remember:

- While our property is professionally cleaned between every stay, this is a dog friendly property and there may be dog hair/dander present - it is simply inevitable with an HVAC system. If someone in your party is allergic to dogs this property will not be a good fit for you.
- We don't offer late check out or early check in
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels! But of course you may need to buy more.
- Shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are not provided
- There is an exterior security camera (that we only ever check if there was a problem!)

We reserve the right to require verified ID and/or reviews in order to book.

And of course, you are renting a house, so there is no on site maintenance or staff.

Great get away

Very nice house just a few blocks from the beach. Check in and out were easy. Had good communications with the owners. Would recommend this to others.

Home was very clean and well taken care of in a great neighborhood. The host was very good about checking in on us to make sure everything was good with the house and that we were enjoying our trip and was quick to respond with any questions.

95% of the stay was great. A Perfect House for my daughters 16th!

My mom and I brought my daughter and her 6 friends for her birthday. The house is DARLING! The decor is so cute! The large kitchen area and living room is so much space, so you never felt crowded. The owners were so prompt and kind. Very easy check out instructions. Would stay here again.

Quick stay before a cruise

We stayed for 2 nights prior to departing from Galveston. It was a short walk from the beach (5 minutes). The property was just what we needed. The neighborhood was clean and friendly. We felt safe. The property was easy to find and we had fun flying a kite we found in the garage! Was a great start to our vacation

Quick last summer trip

The house was as described in the listing. Bunk beds are a bigger size great for older teens. Lots of outdoor seating and drive way area. We enjoyed our two night stay here.

Perfect weekend

We stayed with some friends and our kids for a weekend. We all loved the house! We were able to walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The only slight issue was that the kids all felt sand in the beds when we got there. It really wasn’t a big deal though and we just washed the sheets since there’s a washer and dryer on site and it was quick and easy to wash. I would 100% book this house again.

Great

Everything about the property was really great there was no smoking on the property which was a little tough at least the part about outside but we were able to adapt. But other than that the listing was spot on it was very clean it had everything that you needed in order to have a good family outing. The only complaint I have is that the televisions and the bedrooms we're not working, they came home but the remotes just didn't work but it was small issue If I had it to do it again I would rent this property

Great location!

We had a mother/daughter weekend and truly had the best time! The home was beautiful and the island in the kitchen was the most perfect ever! It sat 8-10 people perfectly! Great for games! The beds and linens were nice. Only a couple of hiccups though. One being I believe the cleaning crew isn’t doing their job properly. 3 of the 6 beds had so much sand in them, we had to wash them ourselves. The floors had obviously not been swept in quite a while and there was quite a bit of dust on the furniture. Once again, an obvious cleaning crew problem. The other slight hiccup was there are limited oven safe dishes. I made a breakfast casserole and there wasn’t a single 9x9 or 9x13 dish. But honestly these were the only problems found. I did bring these issues to the owners/managers attention so hopefully it will be addressed. Other than that, we had the best time! The cabin’s deck is perfect and the location is perfect as well!!

Good Times

We had a great time here. Stayed for 4 nights with my wife, mother, 2 kids, 2 of their friends and our small dog. Plenty of room. Owner quickly replied to any questions or concerns that we that we asked through the Vrbo app. Would definitely stay here again.
