This was a very convenient property location! Our group was visiting Austin for a concert and it was easy to get to and from the venue (Moody Center). If any issues arose the hosts were very responsive and let us know about minor construction (was not disruptive) in the area prior to our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit Austin again!

We had a wonderful time here. Check-in was easy. The furnishings were trendy and comfortable. Everything was spotless. I will stay here again when I am in Austin. I highly recommend.

This was a perfect house for a weekend in Austin for our family of 4. Easy check-in and out, very clean, equipped kitchen, and plenty of space. Walking distance to UT, good coffee, and running trails.

This house was beautiful and spacious. I wish the primary bedroom, closet, and bathroom in my home was 1/2 the size of those in this house. Great location and great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful property and spacious, comfy house! The hosts were very communicative and prompt on responses. We were hoping to use the pool but there were several wasps around and landing in the water. The hosts sprayed around the pool after we let them know, but we didn’t feel comfortable swimming after due to potential contamination of the water with the wasp spray (I have a four year old who tends to swallow a lot of pool water). There were a few holes in the Sheetrock in the house that were taped over with covers, but the cover in the master bath fell exposing a hole in the ceiling. There was a bit of a smell to it the rest of the trip. The hosts did try to come by and put the cover back but we were not home so they left us a ladder if we wanted to do it ourselves. Overall a comfy stay and check-out was super easy.

We were hoping the efforts made to address the concerns during your stay would have led to a more positive overall experience. As soon as you let us know about the wasps, our Property Manager went to the home that same day to treat the area around the pool. We completely understand that you still didn’t feel comfortable using it afterward, especially with a young child, and we’ll be reinforcing our inspections for any potential wasp nests around the property. Regarding the ceiling cover, our team also attempted to address it during your stay. Since no one was home at the time, we did not enter the property without prior authorization. The ceiling patches were properly repaired after check-out. We appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your stay overall. We’d be happy to welcome you back in the future.

Great stay! Four adults and one baby did well at this rental. Owner was flexible with check-in and check-out. Clean house with no issues. Would stay with them again.

Short visit - in town with family for UT graduation. Near Moody Center. Nice, clean place. Nice neighborhood - was just around the corner for a nice restaurant.

Great house centrally located

We had a great stay at this house. Very clean and comfortable furniture. Reid was a great host and very responsive. The front yard could use a bit of upkeep, but otherwise this was a perfect property for a long weekend with family.

Austin Family Vacation

We came to see our son, a UT student. This property was perfect for us in size, location and amenities. The cowboy pool provided us entertainment for our “chill” day! Very clean and updated.

Quiet and secluded duplex

No complaints. It's a duplex but enters from a quiet alley so we never saw the other residents. Property was clean and the beds comfortable.

Lovely well proportioned property. 2 bedrooms upstrairs with bathroom in between with a large master suite on the gound floor. Walk in dressing room in huge. Good location near central Austin as well as access to nearby highways and freeways. Well aportioned kitchen and public rooms.Easy drive from the airport to the house. Drive way entrance is bit narrow being accessed from a lane.Overall great stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend
