This a a beautiful and spacious downtown apartment that is super convenient to everything in Chattanooga. It is near UTC and the center of our downtown. It is fully functional and is perfect for short or longer stays. There are two spacious live spaces and a convertible table for dining. There are also nice queen bedrooms with a shared bath between each and also a hall door. It also has a kitchen and laundry for your use. There is a nice front porch that has views of the ridge. You will be safe, comfortable and within minutes of almost everything that Chattanooga has to enjoy.

Fabulous location - it was easy to get every where in this charming town! Wonderful unit - clean, A/C was perfect, great water pressure, and comfortable beds! We really enjoyed our stay and the host was super responsive when we had any needs.

Jo Beth was helpful and easy to work with. Her place has everything you’ll need for a visit to lovely Chattanooga. And the proximity to downtown is great.A few notes that may be useful for future guests…. While other reviews have commented on the street noise, I live in town normally, so I wasn’t bothered by it much. However, the foot stomping and dog running around in the apartment above were bothersome. If planning to do remote work while staying, be aware that the internet connection is somewhat unstable and drops then reconnects frequently. Also, if you are squeamish about spiders at all (including dead ones encased in glass) – which I definitely am!! – do not go into the bedroom that is off of the front living room. Use the bedroom closer to the kitchen instead.

Very clean and comfortable space. Location was convenient to downtown but the outside of the building and parking can be a little off-putting. But we loved our girls trip weekend there and had absolutely zero issues! Water pressure for shower was incredible and the place was just perfect. Recommend this for a nice place near downtown Chatt.

Ironman Chattanooga 2025

Lovely apartment located on the outskirts of Chattanooga. About a mile and a half walk into town. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. Would readily stay again.

Great Stay!

I was in town for the SER-AMTA conference. I brought my family with me. We really enjoyed the rental! It was clean, nice, and easy access to everything! My only complaint was the traffic noises (which isn’t a fault on the host) and loud noises from the apartment above (which again, has no reflection on the host!). Overall, would stay again.

Perfect for Ironman Chattanooga

We were in town to compete in the Ironman Chattanooga triathlon. This location was perfect - not too far from downtown and very affordable! There are two very nice living areas, comfy couches/chairs and all the comforts of home you could need. The home has the quirks of an older style home, and has some traffic noise outside so be sure to use the provided white noise machines. Overall a great stay!

It was very clean, nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and kitchen items. Free parking next door to the condo. There is noise from the road so we appreciated the sound machines. The mattresses need to be replaced though. We had a hard time sleeping on them.

Perfect Cozy condo

Unit is very clean and had a comfortable bed! All the kitchen items you might need. I stayed for Friday-Monday for Ironman Chattanooga 70.3. It’s further from the race venue site than I prefer, but close to so many great restaurants and other sites in Chatty. For the race, it was an a very easy direct and quick drive to Athlete village so it didn’t bother me I was further out than I typically prefer for races. Wld definitely consider staying here again! Thank you!

Not feeling rested

Dust on baseboards and vents, mold in freezer door seal, cabinets under sink has dirt and grime , dust and lint in laundry area and oven is filthy Over all whole place needs a deep cleaning. Building is very old and in disrepair peeling paint inside and out. Floors inside were unstable. Outside sitting area not cleaned had tons of leaves and sand. Had to walk through trash upon arrival to get to back door entryway. Very loud neighbors , highway and trains . Not a relaxing experience.

I was very surprised and disappointed to see this low rating and review. First of all the trash pick up for the containers is on the alley behind the building and this particular week the schedule was delayed due to the Christmas holiday. So to say that there was garbage there is true but this is the area assigned by the city for pick up. During the December blustery days there could have been a bit of debris on the front porches but considering it was in the low 20's, I can't believe that a few leaves that blew up would have provoked this. The most unfortunate part is if there had been any communication from this guest as to unhappiness of dust or underneath the kitchen cabinet where the trash can resides, we would have immediately come over and rectified any complaints. I have been a Premier host for a long time and a low review like this will hurt me but I know that everyone else that has stayed overall loves the location, quality and space that my rental provides. This is a home for me and I feel that it was an unfair assessment as well as this guest could have called or texted me at any point and I would have done my utmost to make her happy.

It was ok. Ill start with the positive…. The bed linens and pillows, bedding was nice, new and clean. They had decorative pillows and nice headboards that were a nice touch. The bed mattress in my room was old and needs replacing. My sons room had a nicer mattress. They had some cool antique furniture and I liked the decor. The carpets, couch and chair, chaise upholstery needs to be shampooed and steam cleaned immediately. They were stained and clearly dirty. I didn’t want to walk around barefoot, I wish I had brought my slides. Nails and uneven floors caught my socks and stabbed my feet every so often. Look, its an old house, I get it. 1920 to be exact. I just would think that the owners would put a little more love and care into this property and it would’ve been nice. The kitchen supplies need to be revamped. Throw away all the junky stuff and keep the nicer things. Too much stuff in the cupboards etc… it was unnecessary. Plates were all scratched up, alot of stuff was just old and extremely used. Also, this whole apartment needs a massive deep cleaning. Also, a double locking door would be nice. Since the building is on a corner of a busy intersection, and backs an alley, safety is definitely a concern. The free parking was nice. All in all, the owners need to listen to these reviews and apply what people complain or suggest to make their property too tier. Would I stay here again? No.

Peace and quiet time at the lovely

We had no trouble getting in thanks to the owner's detailed directions. Plenty of parking and well lit for night time use. On the negatives for this space: The floors squeaked a bit and the water temperature is set very high, which I liked, but had to be careful. The deck upon entrance I need to be pressure washed, as well. Over all, the price was right and it is a great place for 2 to 3 people, especially adults. I chose this space because I could see the owner's attention detail and everything from the way the pillows were placed on the bed to each room's each color and design. The pillows, bedspread and sheets we're so comfortable and clean. There was great attention to detail in every room. The age of the building, high ceilings and original baseboards, brought the nostalgia coupled with well- picked pieces added to the overall ambiance. My 30 year old daughter said she loved it as well. We would love to stay here again in the future if permitted. My thanks to the owner.

We stayed for Ironman Chattanooga . We were there for 6 nights. The beds were soooo comfortable. Extremely clean, very responsive host. Great parking and a 5 to 8 minute drive to race venue…downtown. 35 minutes walk to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent location in city. Lots of charm, it is an old house so it does have leaning creaking floors especially in the kitchen. Two living rooms both Charming as were the two bedrooms.. Would stay again
