The space
The Cozy Perrysburg Studio Cabin is warm and inviting. Here you will relax in your own private space, whether it’s in front of the fireplace watching Netflix or snuggled up in the queen size log bed with a good book. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to make our place feel like home. If you need to squeeze in some work there’s a standing (or sitting!) desk for your convenience. We look forward to hosting you soon!
Other things to note
The Cozy Guest House Log Cabin is on The Fremont Pike. Guests will hear traffic, minimal when inside. There are three houses on the property with shared parking on a gravel driveway.
The cabin is not in the city and has well water. A filter pitcher is provided and bottled water to get you started.

This was a very clean and cozy location. We just needed a “get away” weekend and this cozy cabin was an excellent fit!! The amenities were excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Also, there were a lot of restaurants just down the road a bit. A big thank you to our hosts for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

Had a great stay at the cozy cabin, Ben and Virginia were amazing hosts, cabin had all your basic amenities needed and was very clean, highly recommend, will be booking in near future again.

Wonderful, cozy cabin near Perrysburg, OH!

This cozy cabin is perfect for a couple or a single looking to stay near Perryburg, OH. We were in town for a concert at the Toledo Zoo Ampitheater and it was the perfect location! Very quick access to the highway and on a lovely property. The cabin is beautifully furnished, with every comfort considered, and was immaculately clean.

Absolutely lovely!!

This cabin was so charming and lovely! The owners have equipped the cabin with everything you could need to feel like home away from home. Very clean and cozy and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect and cozy

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and coziness of this place. It was perfect. I don’t like staying in hotels always too busy and too peoply and this place was quiet and cozy. We were very pleased and hope to come back.

The property and the cottage is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed. There was a book there called The 5 Love Languages, my husband and I re it together and loved it. We learned for it, that was perfect.

Immaculate, great location. We didn't think the road noise was excessive at all. Beats hotel slamming doors and loud voices running the halls. Overall we were both pleased with our stay.

BGSU Family Weekend

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall feel was warm and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and had a few basics you might need. The hosts were friendly and responsive. We came in for family weekend at BGSU and it was only a 20 minute drive to BG. We would stay again!

Virginia was very helpful with my first time being a VRBO user. She made the whole process easy. The cabin was very cute and perfect for our overnight stay. I will definitely be looking at it again for any future trips to the Toledo area.

Great Getaway

This was the cleanest and nicest cabin that we have ever been to. The hosts were always willing to go above and beyond for anything we could have needed, and made the whole process fantastic. Everything was flawless and it was easy to see the amount of care and time they put into the property. I would recommend this cabin over and over for anyone looking for a getaway be it a night or however long, it was completely refreshing and enjoyable.

Personal Retreat

This was a short getaway for personal reflection and a turning of the page as I face the impending empty nest. The hosts checked in on me but allowed me to have the privacy I needed. I reached out for a local ice cream recommendation, and they steered me to Mr Freeze (delicious!)

Cozy and Peaceful

This was the perfect place to spend my 2 day get away. The moment I stepped through the door, the cabin felt like home. The hosts had thought of everything. It was warm, pristinely cleaned, and a few extra touches made it particularly nice. The stay was enjoyable, the hosts communicated well but were respectful. This is at the top of my list for my next getaway.

Clean, comfortable and cozy

No complaint. Just as described. Appreciated the little things like nice decor, filtered water for coffee maker, lights turned on for us, nice hand soap, sound machine and USB chargers by the bed.

Hostess was great to work with. But Vrbo was notVrbo had hidden charges that we didn't appreciate.

Loved the cabin and hospitality of our hostess, but Vrbo was a disappointment.

Cute and quaint

I was nervous when I saw it was right off a busy road, but this cute cabin is well insulated. We dis not hear any of the cara or trucks. Heated by only an electric fireplace, but we were very cozy. I appreciated the Brita in the fridge and water bottles as I forgot to bring water with us. We will definitely be back as I have family in the area.

Along with the cozy fireplace the wall unit is available for a/c and heat, but it must have been plenty warm in the cabin from the fireplace so it just didn’t kick on. Kitchen was fine. I would suggest that the refrigerator door be changed to a leftside hinge rather than the rightside hinge as it is now. There are predrilled holes & plastic plugs for doing this. Would make the refrigerator more easily accessible. Not a deal breaker though.Rooms were clean. I couldn't sit on the couch or the rocking chair as they are too low to the floor. I'm 6'-2" and have some joint issues and had difficulty getting up from sitting in them, so I mostly sat on the kitchen chairs or the bed. Again, not a deal breaker.Suggest you put a sheet of rules in the cabin. Taking shoes off at the door was mentioned several times in emails, but it was not listed in the rules that was published and included in your last email. I tried to find it in the online information, but could not find it.The listing said nothing about cleaning and Vrbo fees. I assume this was not your doing, but Vrbo's, especially when the cost is listed as complete online.Finding the cabin was easy as we used a gps. The cart for hauling our stuff in was appreciated. There was some traffic and train noise, but not objectionable. Traffic noise was louder when we had a window open, as expected. Good location relative to stores & restaurants. Cabin was nice and cozy. Particularly liked all the wood inside. Really nice. My wife tripped and almost fell on a crack in the sidewalk in front of the cabin while we were getting our stuff out to the car. Maybe have this crack fixed.
