Boho style abounds at this LARGE 1br 1ba single story home which is part of a historic twinplex proudly located in Uptown Maumee Dora District walkable to everything including the Maumee River! This "Green" themed space has speedy Wifi, cute kitchen w/ stove, microwave, & fridge, 50 in smart TV, 1st floor laundry, work space & Keurig Coffee machine. Spacious bedroom w/ King Memory foam bed! Your new home away from home in the center of it all!

Nautical abode Uptown Maumee by River-BLUE Side!
This historic home is centrally located in Uptown Maumee. The "green" side features fresh paint, herringbone plank floors, updated full kitchen w/ coffee, Brita pitcher, pots & pans, utensils, plates & more. There is speedy wifi and a desk for working from home. The couch & chair in the living room fold out into beds. There is a 50 inch TCL Roku Smart TV you can use our Sling acct, or stream your favorites.
This is a very large private unit, there is a formal dining area that sits 4, and a dedicated work space. The bedroom has a King bed w/ memory foam mattress, blinds and a walk in closet.
The full bath has a tub / shower combo, large vanity, sconce lighting, rectangular mirror w/ hair dryer, cotton pads, body wash, shampoo, conditioner available for your use as well as clean white bath towels.
We usually stock some cleaning supplies below the kitchen sink for guests use as well as a vacuum on property for our longer stays.
There is a NEW full sized washer and dryer. Everything in this unit is all on one level. No Stairs. There is a front and back door entrance, lots of on street parking around. We are located right off of Conant Street which is the heart of Maumee with shops, bars, restaurants, events & more! You can also easily walk right to the Maumee River & Towpath!

The ac unit in the bedroom is large and new w/ a remote. This home does NOT have central heating/cooling. Regular grass mowing & snow removal are done automatically when needed.*
Our home is professionally cleaned after each guest, we try to keep the cleaning costs as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of clean, we never require guests to do dishes/laundry but it is helpful if the outgoing guest starts these since many of our incoming guests ask to check in early.
Because some bookings are back to back, it can be difficult to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs. If you need additional time in the home please consider booking an extra day. If our cleaner completes the clean early we do our best to notify the incoming guest that they can check in early free of charge.
Please be advised that the the City of Maumee hosts multiple festivals and summer fairs in addition to the new summer farmers market (weather permitting) you may find parking to be limited & a large number of people during these times. Our property is located right in the center of the action.

By booking our home you agree to not smoke anywhere on property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vaping and E-Cig. Furthermore, you understand that if you or any guests are confirmed to have smoked a $250 fee will be imposed.
By booking our home and bringing pets you agree to be a responsible pet owner and follow all local leash laws. You agree to pick up after your pet and understand that a $100 fee will be imposed if it is confirmed that your pet had accidents in the home or was not picked up after. You agree to pay for any pet damages.
Please keep in mind that staying at an VRBO is different than a hotel. The usual nightly rate of this home is less than $100, although it can be higher during weekends/holidays. We stand by our home being less costly than a local hotel room while accommodating more people and being pet friendly. We ask that guests be kind when it comes to leaving reviews. Guests are provided with a direct maintenance number should maintenance be needed during a stay. An info sheet is also located at the property near the front door.

You can park on the street then enter through the deck area.
