The property was exceptionally clean and furnished beautifully. The hosts were responsive and interested in making our stay easy and enjoyable. It was a nice place for friends to gather and visit for the weekend!

We were on a birding trip and really enjoyed staying in this home. Very clean and well appointed... don't miss out on having dinner at Rosies down the street... yummm!!!

Enjoyable!

The home was as described and perfect for what we needed for our 2 night stay. Low traffic street and it was nice to have the kids sleep upstairs so the adults could spent time together once they went to bed. Host was responsive and the house was very clean!

Would stay here again without hesitation

Very friendly owners who had excellent communication throughout our entire stay. The house was lovely, clean and well furnished. A few a extra thoughtful details in the home that made it memorable as well. I would stay here again if I’m in the area soon.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful home and worked great for our family. The layout of the house worked great, my grandson could watch his cartoons and the rest of the could watch the games and still be close enough to him. The location worked well for our trip to the zoo being only about 20-25 minute away and it was a nice quiet neighborhood.

The house was very nice. The photos don't do it justice. We enjoyed the stay, and we will rent it again on future trips to Toledo.

Worked great for my family

This was a comfortable place for my entire family to stay. Using iPhone's Maps app we had trouble finding the house. But Google maps was better able to direct.

Nice Stay in Toledo

We decided to have an extended family gathering mid-way between our homes. Toledo was a good spot. We swam at the Perrysburg Municipal Pool, played Miniature Golf, and did some Bowling. It was a great stay.

Clean home, well equipped exactly as advertised

This is a nice, well kept home. Lots of space, large bedrooms, modern amenities. The yard is large and green. Owner is easy to communicate with. Would definitely repeat.

A home away from home.

The key aspect of my stay is how pleased my family and I were for choosing this location for our vacation. We arrived later than usual and were still impressed with how promptly the host responded to our inquiry. Everything turned out just right. The host was just wonderful and everything turned out great at the home!!!

Wonderful home for our family trip!

We loved this house! Our family spent 5 days here to explore the Toledo area. We were impressed with how roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet the house was. It was nicely furnished, well stocked and smelled fresh too. The upstairs was nicely cooled by the AC unit, our teens and their aunt slept comfortably in the 3 beds up there. We liked how close to the freeway it was, yet on a quiet dead-end road with a large, secluded backyard and patio. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this home!

Home Away From Home

This property is completely updated, very comfortable and in a great location. We are a couple who are from Toledo and now live far away. We wanted a home base to stay at while visiting family and friends in the Toledo and Defiance areas as well as others in Southern Michigan. For us, the location was perfect. It is close to anything you may need but felt like a quiet retreat. I've been using Vrbo for 12+ years and this kitchen was the best equipped I've ever seen. Communication with the owners was quick and responsive and check-in was a breeze. I highly recommend this property!

Pleasantly Surprised

Kristin was an amazing host, very communicative and helpful. The house is absolutely gorgeous, and the pictures online do not do it justice! We had a total party of 8 people, plenty of room. Very nicely furnished, several options for entertainment. Our kids enjoyed the snacks that were left for them, and a wide variety of games provided also. Our family loves to travel, and we will most definitely return the next time we are in the area. If you are looking for a peaceful place to unplug and relax, you have found it! We thank you Kristin, for sharing your beautiful home with us and look forward to staying with you again soon!

Family Vacation

My family ( husband, 2 young children -2years and 4 years, grandma, and great grandma) stayed for Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean and the host was very nice and responsive. 2 things I would have liked to know before our stay were that the air conditioning is not central - it is one unit in the main level living room and one in the upstairs attic that has been turned into a bedroom. When we stayed the weather was in the lower 80’s and upper 70’s and the upstairs bedroom was unbearably hot during the day even with the AC and ceiling fans on full blast- especially in the second bedroom upstairs with the full size bed - it did not have a fan or the AC or even a screen to open the window. I also wish I would have known that the upstairs bedroom which I thought would be perfect for my girls- did NOT have a door, but instead a very large open hole and very steep steps. Our family did enjoy the fenced in backyard and fire pit and the spacious kitchen and the cleanliness of the house. It was also very close to downtown Toledo and the zoo and Imagination station.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is located on a dead end street so the traffic is very minimal. Even though its still in the city limits, you feel like your in the country. Anything you need whether its groceries, fast-food, nice restaurants or the expressway, its all within a few minutes drive.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We sit on 5 acres so the wildlife is great! We have many beautiful birds to see for those that love birdwatching. Deer walk around our back yard and eat from our peach trees often. There is plenty of space for playing cornhole, grilling and just hanging out in the backyard on the deck.
