Life is good when you’re staying at Fairways 294, located on the Links Golf Course in SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®. This beautiful two story townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of cozy surprise spaces for you to tuck into during your picture perfect bayside getaway

The open concept main living space is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The entire space feels like a Florida room. You have endless views of the lush golf greens of the Links Golf Course. Sit indoors and watch a show or step outside to the patio where there’s additional seating and dining as well as a gas grill for whipping up delicious lunches or dinners.

Speaking of lunch or dinner, the kitchen at Fairways 294 is equally well appointed with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. There’s a three-seater counter bar and a dining table that accommodates six. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a bonus sunroom, which is the perfect place for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Downstairs, you’ll also find the stackable washer and dryer, and a guest room, which is walled with windows, has a flat-screen TV, a king bed, and access to the full bathroom.

Upstairs are the home’s two other bedrooms and bathrooms. The second guest room has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, a reading nook, and a full en suite bath. The master features a king bed, flat screen TV, and a spacious full en suite bath with double vanity.
