If you are looking for a condo sure to please the whole family, you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath ocean view unit. The unit is clean and bright, and the price is exactly right! This unit is beautiful! The living room and balcony has fabulous view of the pool and beach where you can enjoy looking at the blue skies and white sand beach while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail. The master bedroom is fabulous with a king size bed where you will wake up to see the waves rolling in. The second bedroom which is across the hall, has a queen size bed. There are two full bathrooms, one off the master and the other is in the hall for easy access with a walk-in shower. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright, and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! We manage many units in this complex so we can also accommodate a large group for your next family vacation. Shoot us an inquiry or give us a call and NSB Realty Team's professional managers will handle all your vacation needs! Pet Friendly units require advance approval of pets and a $200 fee per pet.

Beginning May 5, 2025, exterior painting will commence on stacks 1–7. As part of this project, balcony access will be required, and maintenance personnel may need to briefly enter your unit to complete the work.
Please be aware that during this time, a plastic protective coating will be placed over windows and sliding doors to prevent any paint-related damage. Additionally, you may notice painters and equipment around the property throughout the duration of the project.
