Welcome to “Ocean Whispers” our luxury condo on the no drive zone of New Smyrna Beach, Florida's most friendly and quaint beach town. This end unit condo is located on one of the top floors in the Castle Reef complex. The views are private and breathtaking! We are also only 2 miles from Flagler Avenue to enjoy dining and shopping. You will enjoy direct sunrise views of the ocean from the private balcony and tastefully decorated master bedroom.

Ocean Whispers has been completely renovated for flooring, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tiled walk in showers, wood styled tile floors throughout, and luxury dining, living and bedroom furnishings. You will find a 70 inch 'smart' HDTV, with free WiFi internet and cable in the main room and a smaller smart TV in the 2nd bedroom. You can also stream over Airplay or many Apps and use your favorite accounts such as Netflix, Prime, AppleTV, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your enjoyment or entertainment, and your first cup of coffee or tea is stocked for you in our Keurig coffee maker.

Don’t feel like cooking? There is a mall directly across the street that features 3 restaurants, (Italian, International, and waffles, mmmmm!!), covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a beach store, ice cream shop, laundromat, a full grocery store, liquor store and lounge. And did we mention the spa? You can enjoy a pedicure or get your nails done or visit the fitness facility. New Smyrna Beach also has many shops and restaurants on Flagler Ave or downtown Canal Street. Our unit has helpful hints for what to do in town during your stay!

Our condo is the perfect place to stay where you can walk, ride a bike, or sit out under a beach tent. You will often watch dolphin swim along the shore, or the pelicans drifting along the ever present sea breeze. Charter a boat for marine eco tours and fishing, or fish directly from the ocean just a few steps away.

Ocean Whispers offers you the use of beach towels, shelters, umbrella, beach cooler, beach chairs, and beach cart to spend long leisurely days on the sand and then rinse off at the pool and dip in for a refreshing swim! Castle Reef has a large community pool (heated in winter) and kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts just steps away, 2 gas BBQ grills, and 1 private tennis/pickle ball court.

We firmly believe you will want to return each year or never want to leave…which is just how we felt when we first fell in love with this magical home away from home……Ocean Whispers!!!

A List for how to Enjoy your Stay at New Smyrna Beach
1. Relax & enjoy the beach with our chairs, umbrellas, and toys!
2. Wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic (check to ensure a clear morning the night before)
3. Walk on the beach at night (especially nice if there is a full moon)
4. Bring your towel and our umbrella (or not) for a swim in our pool (heated in winter months)!
5. Rent a golf cart, scooter, or Ebike and cruise the beach (the driving beach extends from 27th Ave on the South to the jetty at Ponce Inlet to the North)
6. Go to Apollo Beach [this is part of Canaveral National Seashore] for pristine untouched beach views, serenity, and wildlife ($15 per vehicle for a 7-day pass). You can tan and body surf naked at parking lots 4 & 5 (Yes you read that correctly -- it’s legal! However, this is ONLY for parking lots 4 & 5 and you must be out of site of the boardwalk)
7. Have a beer at the Breakers Beach bar overlooking the Atlantic while listening to music.
8. Have dinner at The Garlic Restaurant (prepare to wait – they don’t take rezzos unless you have a group of 10+).
9. Rent a pontoon boat and spend the day at Disappearing Island (we recommend Sanddollar Charters) High chance of spotting wild dolphin on any given day.
10. Take a day trip to any of several attractions in Orlando (1 hour drive)
11. Take a stroll down Flagler during the monthly Sip & Stroll Wine Walk (the 4th Saturday of every month from 1pm – 7pm)
12. Enjoy shopping on Flagler (do not miss Pepper’s)
13. Visit the Sugar Mill ruins or Historical Society museum in old town NSB.
14. Watch a Space X launch from our balcony – check out the launch schedule for details. Quite spectacular at night time!
15. Wake up early and go to the New Smyrna Farmers market from 7:30am to 12:30pm at 210 Sams Avenue (every Saturday)
16. Walk the 1.5 mile boardwalk at Smyrna Dunes Park ($10 per vehicle) and watch the surfers at the jetty while enjoying the dog beach, surfers, and kite-surfers.
17. Enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks with a view at the New Smyrna Marina at Outriggers Tiki Bar and Grille (live music on Friday & Saturday evenings).
18. Have a dinner on the 2nd floor of the Flagler Tavern. Note that on Saturday nights they have dancing and live music.
19. Charter a boat to go deep sea fishing or diving.
20. Kayak with the manatees & dolphins.
