Notre maison a été construite sur mesure en 2009. Certaines caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds gambrel de 9 'avec des ventilateurs de plafond à l'étage, de grandes chambres avec de grands placards. Suite parentale avec lit King et grande salle de bain. Plan d'étage ouvert pour un divertissement facile, y compris une cuisine design bien équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Climatisation centrale 2 zones. sous-sol fini avec téléviseur haute définition de 60 'et table de ping-pong. Nous sommes près de tout, mais entourés de 18 acres de terres protégées.
Vous êtes à quelques pas du pittoresque Millpond, où certaines activités incluent la pêche aux palourdes, le kayak, la pêche, la navigation de plaisance. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer avec un accès facile à 2 plages (Nauset et Skaket) ainsi qu'au quartier du centre-ville d'Orléans, toutes à quelques minutes. Il y a également deux plages d'eau douce à proximité (Crystal Lake et Pilgrim Lake).

Emplacement: East Orleans: Fabulous new home built in 2009. Cette belle maison neuve est paisiblement entourée de 18 acres de terres protégées et se trouve à cinq minutes à pied de Mill Pond. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de la plage de Nauset sur l'océan Atlantique. Ou pour les petits enfants, vous êtes également à quelques minutes de la plage de Skaket qui se trouve dans la baie de Cape Cod.
Il y a aussi deux plages d'eau douce: Pilgrim Lake et Crystal Lake.
C'est un excellent quartier pour la marche, le jogging, le vélo et le kayak.
Regardez les Cardinals d'Orléans jouer dans le Cape Cod League Park situé à proximité.
Un court trajet en vélo en ville vous fournira un théâtre d'été, des glaciers, des boulangeries, des marchés aux poissons, des épiceries, de bons restaurants et des cafés.
Très pratique pour Provincetown, Hyannis, Chatham, excursions en baleine et en mer, sorties de pêche, Audubon Nature Preserve, Nickerson State Park, location de bateaux et de surf et plages de surf, National Seashore, Musées d'histoire naturelle, marchés aux puces, galeries d'art et bien plus encore.

Great house

The house is really nice, it was perfect for us (family of 5 with 3 grown children). Everyone had their own space. We are not eating out as much so we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the yard! Very peaceful. The host was super helpful. We would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful home!

this home is exactly as listed--actually it's even better in person! we stayed for a week and when we arrived we briefly met the owners as they were leaving. very nice people. the home is meticulously kept, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. the kitchen has a 6 burner stove and a large fridge. we loved this house, it is especially "allergy friendly" since there is no carpeting and has central air. we will definitely stay here again!

Tranquil Cape Escape

We loved our stay and Carlo and Kaija's beautiful home. Truly a treat! The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet and the home has a very private feel. The house is impeccably clean, comfortable and has everything you will need. I appreciated all the special personal touches. I love to cook and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The game room is an added bonus and my teenage son was thrilled to play pool for the very first time. Many wonderful memories were made during our trip, thanks to this special home. We would love to return next year!

Wonderful clean house in a beautiful setting.

We were excited when we drove up and saw the beautiful flowers and landscaping surrounding the house. Plenty of room for our grandkids to play outside. We loved staying in a super clean house. Rooms are large. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the K-cup machine and the waffle iron. Back patio area is huge. Outdoor shower even has a separate area with bench and hooks for your change of clothes. We have already rebooked for next year.

They thought of everything!

We loved our stay in Orleans at Carlo and Kaija's house. From the time I made the reservation they were available to answer any questions we had. The house was spotless. The bike trail is just outside the front door. The French bakery they recommended off the bike trail was fabulous! They have thought of everything, so there are lots of things for the kids to do right at the house, while you relax at the end of the day and enjoy a glass of wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful time!!

This is our third year renting this beautiful home. Can not say enough about it. Perfectly decorated, clean, with a fantastic outdoor space. Kitchen completely stocked with anything you would need. Great outdoor shower. Owners are great. Very easy to communicate with. Love it!

Beautiful Home and Property!

We have been renting different houses in Orleans for the last nine years and this house and property is by far the best we've stayed at. The house was spotless, spacious, and wonderfully decorated and stocked with everything you need for a Cape Cod vacation. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living space (deck, patio, beautiful outdoor furniture) and the very spacious outdoor shower. We also enjoyed hiking the conservation trail next to the property down to Mill Pond. Conveniently located and a short drive to all Orleans has to offer. I cannot recommend this house enough and will definitely consider renting it again. Thank you Kaija and Carlo for sharing your home with us and a special thank you for the welcome bottle of wine you left for us! Best regards, Tom C.

Stunning Home and Yard

This was our first stay in Cape Cod. We loved this home in Orleans! The house was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The backyard was stunning - very private, beautiful setting. The owners were very responsive to any questions that I had. Will definitely consider this home again for our next Cape Cod vacation!

Beautiful home

We've rented in the Orleans area for 16 years and this is the nicest house by far. The house is clean and beautiful, with comfortable furniture and large rooms. It's fully equipped with anything you'll need. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The house is in a quiet neighborhood of similarly nice homes only minutes from Nauset Beach. Carlo and Kaija are welcoming and pleasant to deal with. It was an altogether relaxing experience for our family and in fact, we're coming back next year.

Beautiful house and wonderful location.

House is beautifully decorated and maintained. Spacious and open floor plan. Amazing outdoor shower in very private back yard. Kitchen is very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. The area is very picturesque with many places to walk and see ocean and marsh views. The owners were very accommodating. There was a mix up with the cleaning of the house. We called the owner and they responded immediately, rectifying the problem. We are hoping to come back next year!

Perfect House and Location

We loved this house! We stayed with another family and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The layout is very open and airy with a large living room and a sun room which is great for reading and taking naps. The bedrooms are all large and the children loved the kids room full of bunk beds. The house is in perfect shape - very clean and organized. There are games, puzzles, and books as well as movies for nights in or rainy days. The kitchen is fully stocked for light or heavy cooking and the bbq grill was a great addition. The backyard was spacious and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for more! The location is perfect for going to the beach - 5 minutes from Nauset and less than 10 to Skaket. Restaurants and shops in town are only a few minutes away. We also went to a Orleans Firebirds baseball game in town - the field is 5 minutes from the house. This was by far the best house we have rented on the Cape. Our vacation was perfect, and we definitely plan on coming back next summer to enjoy this beautiful house!

Home away from home

An absolute treasure, this is the home that will forever hold our Cape Cod summer memories. We have stayed six summers in this house, and we hope we are able to come back for many more. We cannot say enough good things about it or its owners. The kitchen is beautiful and equipped with everything you might need. The dining room is very spacious for family dinners, and the deck offers plenty of seating for when you want to dine al fresco. We often choose to eat outdoors, as the grounds of this home are absolutely stunning! Speaking of green space, there is room to engage in friendly games of whiffle ball or spend time relaxing in the private backyard hammock. The outdoor shower is lovely- so spacious and clean. The living area is big enough for family gatherings, but also situated so that you can spread out and not be on top of each other. A reading room off the living room is a wonderful new addition. Perfect for early morning coffee or late night reading. All of the bedrooms are plenty big and beautiful, and the bathrooms are spotless. I have never slept anywhere but the master, but I can definitely say that mattress is extremely comfortable! Just when you think this house couldn't possibly get better, the basement is a huge hit with my teens. A flat screen tv, dart board and pool table keep them busy when they are not outside. Our family loves the location of this house. It is quiet, but close to the town and the beach. We enjoy walking to Nauset Farms for breakfast (about a mile,) and we spend most of our days at Nauset Beach (an easy 5 min drive tops) because we are all about big waves. If you too are looking for a space to make your summer memories, I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Vacation Home

We had a terrific time during our week here and were sorry to leave. The house itself is beautiful and the rooms are all generously sized and well laid out. We enjoyed spending time together while we cooked in the open kitchen area and hanging out in the large and well maintained back yard. There is a pool table and darts in the basement and TVs on every floor so there is plenty to do if weather does not cooperate. The location is terrific, a few minutes from town but very tranquil. We spent a lot of time at Skaket beach, which was perfect for our toddlers and just a 10 minute drive. Nauset Beach is even closer, but we kept going back to Skaket for the kiddies. Lastly, the owners were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this house was one of the best we have stayed in and highly recommend it!

Beautuful Home!

We have rented this home for the past three years and hope to be coming back! The location is perfect. The home is clean and spacious and contains all you would need for your stay. We love the outdoor shower and the big back yard. It is perfect of kids to play after the day at the beach. The owners respond quickly and could not be nicer. You will not be disappointed with this home!

Home away from home

Thr Perfect Family Get Away

This was the most amazing home we've ever rented. I don't usually take the time to offer comments, but this place was so special, I just have to share. First of all, the listing description was very accurate, and the house was spotless. You can see this home is well maintained and it just generated a good vibe--particularly since it is a rental. Top-notch, first-class, warm and inviting. It really felt like we were home, away from home. We were thrilled with the separate play room for the kids, and actually got to enjoy it. After the kids went to sleep, the grown-ups enjoyed ping pong and darts! Everyone was happy with their bedroom--good mattresse! The outdoor shower was a real plus--such a treat. The gorgeous and private grounds just added to the overall sense of well-being. We like to cook too, so the well-equipped kitchen was a joy to use-even found herbs and spices in the pantry. We highly recommend this place and plan on returning. The owners were very helpful as we had never been to Cape Cod.
