The Cottage is a popular destination for large groups, especially for those coming to the area for a wedding, special celebration, work or local event. The house is conveniently located near many shopping areas, attractions, wedding venues and neighboring cities like Tacoma. Take a day to explore Seattle, hike beautiful Mount Rainier or enjoy the famous Washington State Fair.

Like to simply relax at home? The backyard features plenty of seating under a lighted gazebo with gas firepit, gas grill and dining table. You can also find several family board games, puzzles, poker set and adult games available in the living room cabinets.

As you drive into Rainier Ridge in Puyallup, WA, you will see an ever-growing community of beautiful new homes with amazing views of Mount Rainier. Two recreational parks are within short walking distance and include large playgrounds with slides and swings, basketball courts and covered picnic tables.

Upon arriving at The Cottage, you will see a charming home with a two car garage. You enter your assigned code on the front door keypad; walk into the bright entryway to see complimentary snacks, brochures to local attractions, information on the home and two remotes for the garage door.

Making your way up the stairs, you check out the five bedrooms, each one with a unique decor. The rooms are bright and clean with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are stocked with clean white towels, soap, shampoo, and essential toiletries. The youngest quickly discovers the kid room with a bunk bed, trundle and a fun tent to play in! Each room boasts its own 4K Smart TV with all the popular apps.

But wait, you haven't seen the best part yet! Walking upstairs you see classic movie posters inviting you to the upper loft. The room is painted black with dark curtains and has a huge 120 inch screen with laser projector. Comfortable, reclining leather chairs seat up to 10 people with cup holders and USB charging ports.
