Truly the most amazing experience in Louisville lives at our exclusive Rooftop Suite and Loft. Beautifully designed, this huge 1,800 square foot luxury loft offers a level of style that is simply unmatched.

The sky is truly the limit! Our huge Rooftop Deck rests above Neat Bourbon Bar and gives you a great view of Downtown Louisville. Easily combine the indoor and outdoor spaces into one huge gathering area using the large bay door that opens up. We brought luxury to our amazing powder room that looks like it belongs in a designer magazine. Gold and black tile runs floor to ceiling, highlighting a custom bourbon vanity. Original brick fireplaces add a warm touch next to beautiful local artwork.

Enjoy our Gourmet Kitchen that features a 6 burner gas stove that any chef will love. A huge 8 foot center island with bar seating and a built in ice maker is the star of the show. Hidden behind a dazzling coffee bar is a second kitchenette for even more prep space.

Rest easy in the Primary Suite with a Queen Daybed, desk, TV and private French inspired bathroom. The second bedroom is secretly hidden behind a concealed door and features two Queen Murphy Beds that can fold away if you need more space. Relax in this modern 385 square foot studio that offers a warm vibe and a small taste of Kentucky. Very rare for a studio, this Full Sized Kitchen features gorgeous quartz countertops, white tile, and sleek black cabinets with all the essentials. Rest in the built in Queen Daybed tucked under a high ceiling, while a bright full bathroom gets you ready for the day. Includes a trendy breakfast table and a 32 inch TV. Step right outside to enjoy the Gameyard!



LouLou Lounge Studio

Cultured and stylish, this spacious 460 square foot studio has a big open layout, local art, and is wheelchair friendly (not ADA compliant). This Full Sized Modern Kitchen mixes wood cabinets with classic black tile and a round dining table. Sleep great in the Queen Bed under a tall vaulted ceiling. The beautiful bathroom features a large walk in shower with a glass door. A small office nook with a desk is also included! A ramp from the Gameyard to the suite makes it easy for everyone to enjoy.

Important Parking Information:

Parking is extremely limited in this busy urban area, so we highly recommend using a ride share service or carpooling when you can. Free parking is first come first serve at the back of the property and on the side street off Patterson Avenue. Free street parking is also available nearby. We can even arrange a private shuttle pickup from the airport for large groups with advanced notice.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Bardstown Road (voted Louisvilles Best Street) in The Highlands Historic District, you will have plenty of iconic spots to explore during your stay with no car needed! The Highlands is very walkable and bike friendly with over two dozen restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, breweries, and local shops. Nearby Historic Cherokee Park has over 400 acres of walking and running trails and green spaces to explore.



Bungalou borders downtown Louisville and the popular NuLu area where you can catch shows, sporting events, visit 4th Street Live, and walk across the Ohio River on the bridge to Indiana.



Getting Around:

Ride share services are highly recommended since parking is extremely limited. The Highlands is very walkable, and there are many electric scooters nearby too.
