The best suite in Downtown Louisville! Main Street! Right Next-door to the KY Center for the arts, in the middle of museums, and walking distance to the YUM center and convention center, this location can't be beat. Near all downtown restaurants and across the street from the best Hamburger(mussel & burger bar) and steak(Morton's steak house) restaurants. Perfect location for any family or business getaway. This 3 bed 2 bath has it all. Brand new suite!

Cozy/living room and kitchen combination for enjoying time together. Great nooks all around for reading or getting away. Perfect coffee/tea bar set up for relaxation. This unit is perfect for any get away.

We create a custom guest portal for your stay that has all recommendations for food & fun and detailed parking instructions.

The vibe on downtown Main Street is great! During the week a lot of business men/women and some families. During the weekend, a lot of families visit the slugger museum and science center just one block west. We are a few blocks from fourth street live. 1/2 block from KY center for the arts(symphonic/broadway shows), 3 blocks from the YUM center and about 5 From the convention center, this place is alive! We installed reinforced windows so that you can enjoy the city without having to hear the city at all hours of the day. Very quiet and peaceful inside the building.

There is the TARC bus system that can get you from place to place and we use Uber and other taxi like services to get around as well. There are parking garages right next to us(at least 3 within 1 block) so you can drop your luggage off and park with ease. Upon booking, we'll send you tips for parking. There is a lot of foot traffic as people walk through old main street and whisky row, so join on in and see what Louisville has to offer. PM us for suggestions!

Great location downtown near Bourbon distilleries, Louisville Slugger, Muhammad Ali museum, as well as restaurants and more. The place looked great, plenty of beds and the view over the river was fantastic! I will try to book this again on my next trip to the area.

The location and view of the Ohio river are wonderful and a great addition to this apartment. Check-in and communications were convenient and the unit contained all that was advertised.

Easily walk to whiskey row. Coffee shop and a few quick meal options just steps away. A few gift shops close and easy parking. Safe, comfortable and plenty of space. Highly recommended! Would love to book again!

Suite 5 is awesome. We had six adults, but two families with kids would do great here too. Conveniently located, it’s walkable to just about everything.

Amazing getaway!

It was just what our family needed right downtown. Everything was walking distance for a lot we did downtown. Spectacular views and everything we needed was in the condo. Highly recommend for couples or family.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great-close to good restaurants and museums. Despite being downtown, parking was convenient and easy. The place has a great view of the Ohio River too!

Stayed here while in Louisville for a wedding. Host was flexible and good communication and able to help with some last-minute changes and questions. The unit was simple and clean. The location was great being right downtown, but just know parking a bit expensive if you use the garage (there are other options out there). Overall a good stay for a long weekend

We came to Louisville for a girls weekend we loved the location and the Suite we had was beautiful! I would definitely book this location again on our next trip! Your Cleaning staff was great they check to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and they also gave us some tips on where to dine and other fun things to do!

Minus the throw up in the entrance hallway, we had a decent stay. The suite door has to pushed or pulled to be secured completely.

While we did all we could to accommodate this guest and their one night booking we were greatly disappointed with the overall experience. When we reached out to the guest about ensuring the check out time they responded with info regarding throw up stating they had left the building but would not answer any questions we asked regarding the issue. We then found the unit with what appeared to be multiple underage individuals who were smoking and refusing to leave the property. We again tried to contact the guest but she would not respond to our messages or calls. We informed her that we would have the authorities come escort any remaining guests out of the unit due to their refusal to leave an hour past check out. While she never responded to us directly the group did end up leaving just before the police arrived. Once in the unit not only had it been smoked in but it had trash and party paraphernalia strewn all over the premise of the unit. Overall incredibly disrespectful guests and we would NOT recommended them as potential guests.
