This is a beautiful house in a perfect location for exploring Louisville. It had everything we needed for a âgirlsâ weekend.â We appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We also enjoyed the private deck with cozy furniture and grill.
Centrally located and just far enough off Bardstown rd. so you can enjoy the rich cast of characters but avoid the traffic noise. Front porch sitting was excellent and conveniently located for all sorts of stores, etc...
The house was pretty nice and modern, can tell itâd been re done recently, definitely a good spot. Also convenient and near plenty of places, great spot for a group of friends
Our stay was wonderful. From the minute I booked the stay, the host messaged me asking how they could help. The house was very clean with lots of extras that most homes donât have (like a fan in every bedroom.. so nice!) location was awesome with tons around us and a quick uber ride downtown. The host even messaged us to let us know of incoming weather. Canât recommend this site enough!
What a fun and welcoming place to stay with a large group. It has all the amenities and more, and sits right in the heart of all the fun breweries/eateries/shopping. We came in town for our sonâs wedding, and the host was so kind and accommodating. The home is decorated so beautiful and fun, but is stocked with everything you may need. We would love to come back and stay againâŠjust to enjoy the area.
We celebrated my husbands 40th with a bunch of friends and the location was great! The house had lots of good spaces both in and outside of the house for our group to gather. Parking was originally my worry with the house, but it was abundant and safe in the neighborhood.
We traveled with 10 guys for a Bourbon Trail visit. The location of the property was amazing. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. The street parking was easy and there's good outdoor spaces for large groups. I thought 10 would be the maximum due there being only 2 showers, but otherwise a great stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the property! The bedrooms were all beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen and living space was perfect for us as we spent most of the time out of the home, and we ate most meals at one of the many, many places just steps from the door. It would have been harder had we planned for a big group dinner since the common spaces (kitchen/living area) inside were a bit small, and the weather didn't allow us to use the pretty outdoor areas, but not at all an issue for us. We loved this home! It felt like our own private hotel, and the host could not have been more gracious. Marsha went out of her way to answer questions quickly, and was so, so kind and helpful.
We had a great trip and this place was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room and the house was conveniently located close to groceries and many attractions.
The property was everything we expected. Great neighborhood, walk to excellent restaurants and 15 min to our bridge tournament at the Galt House the house met all our needs
This home was so perfect for our group. We were celebrating (2) 50th Birthdayâs and headed out to enjoy the bourbon trail. This home not only was so beautiful from top to bottom, but the location could not have been more perfect! We were able to walk to so many fun places to eat and drink! It was an amazing place and I highly recommend this home. It is a decoratorâs dream!
A group of 8 coworkers stayed here while attending a nearby conference. The house met their needs and they enjoyed their stay very much! Would definitely return!
Absolutely, loved the location of this home. In the hip area of the highlands and very close to cherokee park (which was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted. Same man that design central park in New York. The bacl patio was pefrect spot ro relax and enjoy the evening. And Marsha was a wonderful attentitive host.
To anyone looking to visit Louisville or the surrounding bourbon country with friends or family I strongly recommend this home. It was extremely clean and had everything and more than anyone could ever ask for. The host has great communication and truly is a host, as they make you feel welcome and want to ensure your stay is wonderful. Highly recommend!!!
The house was great! There were 10 adults and we had plenty of room. The house was clean, and organized. Everyone agreed that the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! We were in walking distance to a grocery store, places to eat and get drinks. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond in the booking process. Once we arrived we had everything we needed. If we return, we will definitely book again.
Very clean and well appointed home. Comfortable beds. This is a three level home with kitchen on second floor. Not a lot of room to gather and hang out. Living room is on first floor. Seating some what limited for a larger group. We had 6 adults in our party and it was just fine. Note that the bathroom on the second floor does not have a shower as on the first and third floors. There is a stand alone tub with a wand. The water pressure was great but water goes everywhere as there is no enclosure. You donât dare stand up to shower. The property is about a $10 Uber ride to anywhere downtown. Several good restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. All and all, nice place.
This house was perfect in every way for our group of 12 friends to spend a fun weekend in Louisville. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable accommodations for everyone, fabulous location, terrific amenities and a wonderful host!
We so enjoyed this marvelous, well appointed home. Each bedroom was luxuriously furnished as were the living areas and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The home is close to anything you could need.

This property is in the direct heart of the Highlands. Walk to anywhere in just minutes. Safe and even a grocery store across the street plus movie theater, bank, booze, food, bookstore and lots of fast-food or restaurants all in walking distance
