Absolutely Perfect Family Holiday Villa!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The property was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including all the equipment and amenities you could think of. The location was another huge advantage, being very close to Disney, which made getting to and from the parks quick and convenient. The villa felt like a home away from home, and we really appreciated the attention to detail from the owners. Overall, a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Stunning house with incredible views!

Wow we’ve stayed in many houses in the Kissimmee area and a few in Windsor Hills and this is the best in terms of being very well appointed, having amazing views with no rear neighbours. Fantastic Stay At Sunset Memories Villa

This villa is absolutely amazing! We stayed here on a Disney trip last week and had a fabulous time. The house is huge and in pristine condition. It was well stocked with everything we needed. I was especially impressed by the number and quality of beach and bath towels as well as kitchen dishes and utensils. The pool was more spacious than I thought it would be and the hot tub with it was so enjoyed. We loved the game room and the club amenities. It was so close and convenient to Disney, as well as other stores and restaurants. The owner had excellent communication throughout the booking process and stay. I would definitely recommend this house for your vacation. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent house to stay at!

Perfect Vacation Home!

After having the pleasure of staying at Sunset Memories for over two weeks I can easily say it was the nicest home we've ever rented. The decor is simple and beautiful, not gaudy or fussy. There was plenty of space for our family of eight and the pool area is next level. From the extended pool deck to the outdoor tv and extra refrigerators there isn't a single detail that has been overlooked. One of the first comments we all made after our first night was we were pleasantly surprised that everything in the house worked! All of the remotes had batteries, all of the lamps had working bulbs, the ceiling fans worked-it was great. We also appreciated the abundant amount of pool towels-you can never have too many! Communication with Kristine was always quick and friendly and the resort itself was safe, quiet, and clean. Our time in Florida was amazing but we enjoyed everything about this home so much that we seldom left. I would 100% return!

The perfect week!

We had the most perfect time staying at Sunset Memories Villa! The neighborhood is in close proximity to all the parks, and it feels very safe and secure. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and clean. Our kids loved the Hogwarts themed game room and the Mickey and Star Wars bedrooms. The backyard pool area is gorgeous. There is plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing. The pool has a safety gate around it and an alarm on the back door which made us feel very safe with all of our little ones running around. We had my sister’s family staying with us as well, so having two washers and two dryers was so convenient! There was more than enough room for everyone, and we all found our rooms very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful when we had questions. We highly recommend booking this property, and we cannot wait to book with them again in the future!

Great Family Vacation!!!

This property is top notch. Very well equipped and organized. Owners have completed some real nice upgrades and renovations which make the property stand out. Our family particularly enjoyed the extended pool deck area and the fire table is a great addition.

Quality villa stay in Orlando.

We spent 13 nights in this villa and was the best one we have stayed at with over 20 past stays in the Orlando area. When we were at the villa we all enjoyed quality family time around the pool enjoying the outside fridge/TV and of course the pool on the extra large sun deck. The sunsets were amazing and to sit there with the family and a few drinks was a highlight for all of us. Yes, you can get cheaper villas in the Orlando area but it's worth paying more (in my opinion) to totally relax in a quality setting.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

Everything was perfect at Sunset Memories, we had a wonderful stay. We felt the photos did not actually do it justice and it was much bigger than we had thought. Spotlessly clean, lots and lots of towels, lovely games room and pool area. All the decor is very tasteful and feels modern and new. Windsor Hills is great and in a super location for the parks, especially Disney. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful home, clean, spacious, lots of items included!

Sunset Memories Villa was the perfect location for our Spring Break trip with two other families. The home is beautiful, each bedroom has a private bath, and the extended pool area cannot be beaten! We look forward to future vacations at this amazing home. Thanks, Kristine!

Best stay yet in Orlando

Everything about the villa was exceptional - from the booking process, communication, cleanliness, check-in process, helpful details from owner. We have stayed in villas before in Orlando - Sunset Memories stood out as the best we have visited. Window Hills is always a location we choose, due to it's proximity to parks, restaurants - and super handy having a Walmart so close. The extended pool size in this villa made a huge difference for the kids, being able to swim every day. Could not fault in anyway - just hope we get a chance to return some day!

Wonderful property

Our multigenerational family loved our VRBO. Great location and close to Disney. The pool and deck were perfect for family time. Communication was great with the property owner. The house had a lot of amenities and a great kitchen. Awesome vacation home.

Wonderful Home

We rented the Sunset Memories Villa for an inaugural blended family vacation. There were 10 adults and one child. The villa was the best option for our group because of its proximity to Disney and the amenities at the home and complex. The villa was clean and furnished very well. We throughly enjoyed the private pool and game room. The welcome bag was a nice touch and included some snacks and necessities. There were plenty of paper towel, soap, TP, etc., to get us started. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The community pool, gym, and activity center were very clean and fun to use. Having 2 front load washing machines and dryers was very useful and allowed us to pack less. The communication with our host was A++++++. Response time to email inquiries was minutes!!! I will definitely stay again!!!!

Best in Windsor Hills

We’ve stayed at many houses in Windsor Hills and this was by far the best. Great view and fabulous house. Kristine was an amazing host and hugely responsive. We will be back!

Fantastic home, best outdoor space, best location!

We chose Sunset Memories Villa because it had the right amount of space that we needed for 3 families, but it was so much more than we expected. The expanded outdoor living area is incredible. We spent so much time on that patio, the extra space and firepit were great. Not having homes behind it afforded us more privacy and phenomenal views. The location is a real home run. The home was beautifully appointed and had everything (and more) than we needed to get through a week. We found the home to be incredibly clean and well taken care of. The themed rooms upstairs are so nicely done and the game room is incredible! Having two sets of washers and dryers meant that we were all able to get our laundry taken care of without scheduling around each other. Even better that they are on the main floor. We didn't need to reach out to the owner during our stay for anything, but the communication had been so good during the booking process that I have no doubt that if we needed to, I'm sure it would have been promptly responded to. I would definitely book again here if I'm back in the area!

The extra space, the firepit, and not having homes directly behind the house really does make it feel a little more private and relaxing. The themed rooms and game room are always fun for guests, and those two sets of washers and dryers definitely make life a little easier when you have a big group. Amazing

Stayed with my wife, 2 kids and in-laws. Plenty of room for all of us. The house is in great shape and well appointed. Kids loved the pool and the extended outdoor area is great, we spent a lot of time out there. Doesn’t get any better than this!

Amazing stay

We stayed for a week as an extended family and had the most amazing time. We found the house to be perfect with plenty of space for the family to each have their own space. The patio was amazing and the outside space made our holiday. The owners are the best and came back to us so quickly with questions we had. The house is to such a high standard and we could not have been happier.

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house! It’s very clean. It has everything you need and more. We loved the extended deck, pool, and hot tub. It’s in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with a gated entrance. It’s close to many restaurants, Disney, and grocery stores. It’s large enough for 2 families. The owner is very accommodating, responds to any questions very quickly. My family loved staying at Sunset Memories Villa.

Amazing !

Sunset Memories Villa -exceeded my expectations! Comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated! The outdoor patio and pool - we ate outside for every meal! This home had everything thought of to make our vacation the best. I loved loved this home.

Beautiful place to stay with lots of room!

Beautiful home to stay in, very private backyard, excellent cable package. You can tell that the owners put a lot of effort into updating and renovating this home and did a beautiful job. The sun sets beautifully out back of the house. Truly a beautiful place to relax. Our kids loved it!

We waited over a year for this house. We knew what community we wanted to be in, knew the area of the community we wanted and even the floor plan we wanted. One day, the stars aligned and we were able to purchase our dream home. We spent 2 months completely renovating our home, inside and out, and are so excited to share it with our guests!

The most unique benefit of our home is absolutely the backyard. Aside from the unobstructed sunset views, the privacy is second to none. We sit on a bluff (so no rear neighbors) and our pool screen is also fitted with privacy screening so you can enjoy the lanai and pool without feeling looked on. Our home boasts an additional 480 square feet of deck space (more than most any home in Windsor Hills) and was created with a resort style feel.
