We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future. The location was perfect. Communication was great, check-in/out was easy. Very kid friendly with toys at the house and for the beach.

I live locally in Brunswick co I had friends fly in from as far as Cali to visit this coast and try to convince them to relocate as well as some time to cleanse our minds from day to day life. House was wonderful thank you

Great Spot close to public beach access

I appreciate how helpful the host was throughout the booking process and their effective communication regarding checkin. The home was everything we needed for our week’s stay and the washer/dryer access were an invaluable perk. Super close to the public beach access and an easy ride to restaurants/shops.

Perfect family beach home

Amazing house, very clean and had everything we needed including high chair, baby gate, beach toys, chairs, beach towels. We had a wonderful time, the owner is very responsive and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Great property if traveling with children!

This house was perfect for us! It was close to the beach and restaurants and everything that we love about Holden. The kitchen was fully loaded and the star gazing from the front porch was amazing!

Relaxing, Easy Beach Access, Well Furnished

Our family enjoyed our stay at this well furnished beach house, adequate for our needs, convenient for frequent access to the wonderful Holden Beach and all the comforts needed for a relaxing vacation. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions, requests and reports of problems needing correction.We were well taken care of.

Eat, Sleep, Beach!!!!

It was our pleasure and priviliege to be your guest. The house was so warm and welcoming in a beautiful location. Just a short walk to the beach. All the amenities you provided us and being fur baby friendly was greatly appreciated and just one of the many perks of Holden Beach!!! Love this place!

Great Spot. Comfy house.

This house was in a great location and is very cute. It had a a very easy walk to beach. Great outdoor shower. Inside the house was nice and cool (temperature). This beach is great. Mid July and plenty of room anytime of the day. Stayed with extended family in 3 separate houses and this one was the best. The beds were a little different than described, but the Michelle was very responsive. Great decks to sit on any time of the day. Brought two dogs and it was comfortable for them and easy to get to the beach early for a walk. Loved it!

Great family beach week!

The house was great, with many thougthful extras. The extensive coffee bar and dog shampoo in the outside shower were perfect touches! Michelle was quick to respond and solved our small problem immediately. She was so easy to work with. It is hard to find a nice pet friendly rental, but Michelle and this house exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the wonderful memories that were made!

Wonderful Experience and Wonder Vacation

The property was easy to find and the check in process was also super easy. The host was available for any questions and answered back quickly. The house had literally everything we needed and then some. We really appreciated the beach gear and toys. Those were very helpful for my little one. The house was well kept and had nice peaceful views from the balconies. The walk to the beach was easy as well. We would recommend this house to anyone for a place to stay at Holden! We will definitely be back to make some more family memories!

When we arrived, the fridge didn't work because it wasn't properly cleaned& maintained... Was quickly cleaned but barely maintained temperature all week.. The locking mechanism for front door didn't work all week so we had to use other doors when leaving so the house was secure... A wagon full of dirty beach gear& water was left in garage by previous guests and was molding when we arrived, making the garage unusable space because of the smell... Dining room window leaked large amounts of water down wall& onto floor during a rain storm... Lost a whole queen bed for sleeping & wasn't notified until we checked listing the day before leaving.. Owner supplied a twin cot as a replacement.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely care about our guests’ comfort and make it a priority to respond quickly whenever something comes up. During this stay, an unexpected issue occurred with the smart lock, and we immediately provided a physical key that could be used on all exterior doors so the home remained fully secure. When a concern was raised about the refrigerator, we promptly sent a repair technician to inspect it and ensure it was cooling properly. I reimbursed the cost of groceries for this guest. Some items mentioned in the review, including a window leak and the condition of the beach wagon, were not communicated to us during the stay, so we weren’t aware of them at the time. We always encourage guests to reach out while they’re onsite so we can address any concerns as quickly as possible. After this guest's checkout, additional cleaning and odor remediation were required due to violations of our no-smoking policy and occupancy limits, which we addressed right away to ensure a comfortable experience for subsequent guests. We’re proud of the many positive reviews from guests who have enjoyed the home, and we remain committed to providing a clean, welcoming, and well-cared-for space.

Fantastic stay!

What a wonderful host! Responsive to questions and the house had everything we needed - laundry, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to haul our things to the beach! (We did see umbrellas too but has our own) Hurricane emergency kits were conveniently tucked away in case they were needed and a first aid kit too were both an unexpected bonus! Plenty of beach towels for all and the house was perfect for our family - just as listed! Comfortable beds and amazing views of the stars from the decks! Easy 5 minute walk to the public beach access. Games for family time and a slop sink for fish/shell cleaning in the garage. The outdoor shower had hot water too! While we did not have small children with us Michelle makes life easy to travel with kids ! Booster seats, high chair, porta crib and baby gate were all avail had we needed it. Look no further for your family! This host has made sure you have everything you need for a fantastic time at the beach without packing your car to the top! We hope to be back someday and truly enjoyed our stay!

A joyful, relaxing family weekend getaway
