Relax and enjoy your vacation time in this lovely three bedroom two bathroom pool home. Suitable for summer vacations, short breaks, Winter stays, snowbirds and more.

The house has good access to major routes and the excellent local facilities make this a top choice home. Come and stay with us, we are sure you will want to come back like others do.
So, leave your worries behind and come and relax at our pool home, enjoy all that the Treasure Coast has to offer, with miles of unspoiled beaches, year round fishing, county parks and recreational areas. Located in the East side of Port St Lucie, it has great access to the local beaches.
This lovely spacious home is located on a quiet residential street, and past the rear garden is fenced so pets are also welcome.
As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable leather seating along with Samsung smart TV, a dining area to seat 6 is to the rear as is the kitchen with passthrough to the patio and pool area.
The house has 3 bedrooms all with built in closets and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, large dresser for plenty of drawer space, and a remodeled (2022) en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms â one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds â also have ample storage. They share the second bathroom which sits between the two, this bathroom features a bath tub with shower over.
Sliders lead from from the living area out to the large screened lanai, which invites you to relax in the shade, or to soak up some sun in the lovely pool and deck area. The lanai has comfortable seating, dining for 6 and loungers, and together with the pool, it is all screened for your comfort.
Outside of the screened area the garden is planted with some local and more exotic plants and is all securely fenced.
The garage is available for car parking but there is ample parking for four cars on the driveway.
Please note, for Winter months (Jan to March) bookings are only accepted as calendar months minimum.

Living room with comfortable Italian leather couch, large open area, great for relaxing, reading, chatting with friends and family.
Outside is the screened lanai with patio dining set for 6 persons, longers
Gas grill and outside lighting.
Lovely pool (yes, heated year round) and screen replaced in 2021, all maintained to a high standard.
Sleeps six.
We have a crib available and a high chair / booster for up to three years are available - please bring your own bedding.

We have maintenance staff available and should you require interim cleaning this can be arranged for you
The house is located on a quiet street, which is only used by local traffic. It is a nice quiet family-friendly area, kids still play in the street, the neighbors will be seen waling their dogs and neighbors talk to each other. Nearby you will find some local shopping, supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants. The Lyric Theater and Port St. Lucie Civic Center are nearby. Tradition Field for the St. Lucie Mets and Spring Training for the New York Mets is also not far.
There is a wide selection of restaurants on US1 and Port St Lucie blvd with pretty much all of your favourite chain stores and restaurants and some smaller privately owned restaurants and shops, or you can visit the bars and restaurants of Jensen Beach, Stuart and Fort Pierce for a great night out
Fancy a day at the beach? The nearest beach is also not far away, at Jensen Beach Park, which has miles of un-spoilt beaches. Walking, collecting shells, playing games, swimming, surfing - or just relaxing and enjoying the day, Jensen Beach Park is just wonderful. There is free parking, toilets are available, and even beach showers are provided to rinse off the salt and sand at the end of the day.
The property has convenient access to US1, Florida Turnpike and I95, giving you the opportunity to see more of what Florida has to offer. These routes provide convenient access north or south into the rest of Florida and can be accessed easily via Prima Vista Blvd, Port St Lucie Blvd and the recently completed Crosstown Parkway.
Enterprise car rental is not far down US1 and others are in town too, National, Hertz, Budget, U-haul etc and more.

A wonderful house in a great neighborhood with excellent access to local amenities. The home is a good size for a relaxing vacation and the pool and patio area is just what we wanted. We love our time here, we are sure you will too.
