â A couple of dish plates and forks are provided for guest convenience

â Play and go crib (Shared, First request first served basis)
â Gym: whole new equipment. You are steps away from it in the condo complex.
â Bill's Place is a safe space for LGBTQ+ guests.

The entire building is controlled by keypad locks. This room has smart lock.
The PINs will be sent to you via the Airbnb app a few days prior to your check-in.
Other things to note
Air Conditioning:
â Your unit is equipped with air conditioning, available during the summer months from mid-June to mid-September.
â Use the white AC remote to turn it on/off and set your preferred temperature.
â Please ensure that the thermostat on the wall for heating is turned all the way to the left (lowest setting) during the summer.
Heating:
â The in-floor heating system takes a long time to heat up or cool down. If the room temperature is too high, please open a window to cool down.
Bear Spray:
â For safety reasons, we do not provide bear spray at Bill's Place. You can easily purchase it at the local Canadian Tire in Canmore. Occasionally, previous guests may leave behind bear spray. If you find one, you may use it at your own risk, but please verify its functionality before relying on it.
***On-Trip Rules***
1) Shoes â Always take shoes off at the door.
2) Please ensure all windows and doors are closed when you are not present in the room
3) If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc, please let us know ASAP
4) You use it, clean it-dishes, cups etc.-Otherwise extra cleaning charge will be applied.
5) Any extra cleaning effort will be charged back to the guest or deducted from your security deposit.
6) Any significant damage will result in the loss of your security deposit
7) Sporting equipment can only be stored in the garage or your own car. This includes but is not exclusive to bikes, skis, snowboards, climbing equipment, etc
8) Noise â Quiet Time is 10 PM-7 AM.
Noise Fines are the following: 1st violation - WARNING, 2nd violation - $250 Fine, or removal from premises with no refund if law enforcement involved.
9) No unregistered guests, such as guests are more than the numbers of registered.
10) No smoking, No Cigarette Butts, No drugs of any kind, and legal cannabis within the unit/building/garage/decks.
Fines are as follows: Smoking/Drug in the areas above - $250, Improper disposal of butts: $150
11) Illegal Activity/Intentional Damage â The reservation will be canceled with NO WARNING and NO COMPENSATION if the guest OR anyone in the guestâs party is seen or is reasonably assumed to be conducting any kind of illegal activity OR intentional damage inside the unit or around the building premises. If the host has a reasonable suspicion that illegal activity or intentional damage has occurred, he or an agent can enter the premises to investigate without the guestâs consent given written notice at least 5 minutes before entering through the Airbnb messaging app.
***Host/Guest Cancellation Policies***
Host Cancellation for Breaking of Rules
âą Breaking Rules 8, 9, and 10 - During the trip if guest breaks Rule 8 (Noise), Rule 9 (unregistered guests), or Rule 10 (Smoking condo bylaw) the guest will receive one written warning rule violation notice through the plateform app. A second rule violation (which does not have to be the same rule) will have the booking canceled without any compensation to the guest.
âą Breaking Rule 11 - If Rule 11 (Illegal Activity/Intentional Damage) is broken by the guest/guest party the trip will be canceled immediately without any kind of compensation to the guest.
Guest Cancellation Policy
â If a guest cancels the trip within the cancellation period the host will try to get the place occupied at that time. If the host rents out the place in the time period, the host will refund the original guest the reservation funds received from the new guest.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Very good location. Great for travel on a budget. Close to the town center. 10 mins driving to Banff National Park. There are coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, a spa, wine shop etc. If that's not enough, Canmore's main street is only a 10-minute walk away.
