Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Itâs a great location!
Nice fenced in yard, quiet neighborhood, a nice deck with chairs and a table, fire pit with chairs. The rooms were and beds were comfortable. The house was clean. Worked great for a family gathering!
Located walking distance to the TART Trail. We were able to bike ride or walk to trail, beaches, miniature golf, go-carts, Moomers ice cream, convenience store, breweries, coffee and pizza shop. GJâs has very good pizza. We were able to ride bikes from house to Suttons Bay via the TART Trail. This is an older home and neighborhood and listing is accurate. Fenced in yard is nice for furry friends.
Check in smooth, relaxing full furnishings in all areas great communication w/ owner
Relaxing backyard , comfy accommodation would recommend & revisit, master carpet needs attention smells. Overall amazing felt so glad to come back to and great location. Thank u nick!!!!
Size of the house was nice. Ratio of bedrooms and bathrooms was great. However, the house smelled so old and musty. The house should have been aired out several days in advance. We did light a few of the candles, opened windows and used the fans to eliminate smell. But it was still there when we checked out Sunday.
Great house for the money. We would gladly stay here again! It is an older house, but we expected that. Nick was great he answered all of our questions in a timely manor. We ended up wanting to check in a day early. He really helped work with us so we could. House was clean. Floors slightly uneven, but again it is a little older house. Every easy to get to town.
Nick was overall great with communicating and responding to messages and questions. The house is spacious, we had 7 people. The only downfall was the house wasn't fully clean. The master bedroom bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be, but we managed to just go with the flow since we were truly only using the space for a place to sleep as we went and enjoyed downtown and such. The master bedroom hadn't been dusted in quite some time, the night stand next to the bed had a good amount collected on it. The dresser where the TV sits probably hadn't been dusted in some time also. Finger prints/smudges on the mirror. Dirt clumps on the floor. We addressed these issues with Nick. He explained the previous people left the house in shambles and the cleaning crew were more focused on what the previous people left and probably forgot. Our bedding had stains on the comforter and I began to question if our sheets/bedding was indeed changed. I suggested to let his cleaning crew know about the things we seen. Overall it was fine, would I stay again? No
This was a great choice for our gang which included 4 adults, 3 kids under the age of 5, and a dog. The fenced in back yard came in very handy for the kids and dog. The house was a good size so we didn't feel like we were in each other's space. The beds were the type that you completely sink down into which was a plus after a busy day. The house was in a great location. It was close to downtown Traverse City as well as the TART Trail. We would stay there again.
Overall, great price for a great location. The AC is only window units so the other rooms without units got super hot at night with the doors closed. When we arrived, there were dishes in the sink and trash in the garbage which wasn't great. For the price though, it was a steal. The rooms and bathroom were wonderfully clean.
Close to everything TC! Public beaches less than a 5 minute walk away, Tart Trail running through backyard, new restaurants and bars within walking distance being constructed monthly!
