A really great house in a quiet area that is close to everything sea pines has to offer. The pool is small compared to the house if you’re not a big beach family.

Beautiful home, perfect location,so comfortable and the pool is wonderful. Seapines is a dream resort,if you're looking for paradise you will find it here.So many activities,beach,golf, horseback riding, harbor town and salty dog marina have amazing water activities and all the excellent restaurants and shops. You never have to leave the resort.I will definitely rent this ideal vacation home again.

This is a great house in a great location. Its close to the main entrance of Sea Pines near the horse stable area. Biking is easy to the beach or Harbour Town. The house has a nice open layout with the primary bedroom on the first floor. Would stay here again.

Great after Christmas family gathering

This home was perfect for our family.. 3 stories so all 3 families had their own floor..great open space for kitchen- dining- and den area.. large and comfortable!

Friends and Family Vacation

Great overall trip! Hilton Head was beautiful and the house was the perfect place for our family and friends to stay. The upstairs bunkroom was great for the kids and we found the house to be well stocked! The management company was great, communicated well and responded promptly to any questions or requests!

Beautiful home, beautiful location, beautiful memories

The home was in great condition and very clean. It had everything needed to cook and enjoy family during the holidays, including a relaxing pool. The kids loved the bunk room! The location in Sea Pines is perfect for walking and biking with trails everywhere.

Great house, clean and new. Easy bike ride to beach. Could have used more supplies for cleaning etc, overall very nice.

We couldn’t be happier with 51 Lawton for our family’s annual reunion. Easily enough space to spread out but also great areas to gather as a family. We can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for everything!

Bride and her Bridesmaids House

51 Lawton Rd is a beautiful home that is spacious, comfortable and very well maintained! The girls loved the location within Sea Pines as well! There were plenty of beds for everyone and Coastal Vacations (The rental company) was very communicative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent here again!

51 Lawton is fantastic!

Our family gathered at 51 Lawton and had a wonderful time. The home was absolutely great. Everything about the home fit our needs. It was impeccable. The layout helps you have a good time. The beds were very comfortable. Can you tell us what kind of mattress is in the master bedroom? We will be back. Loved the entire stay. Thank you for providing an exceptional property.

Rest and Relaxation

We had an awesome stay at this gorgeous home!!!!The house is newly remodeled and had all the comforts of home. Hubby was happy watching the NCAA Basketball finals on the big screen tv in the family room, and the kiddos absolutely loved the upstairs bonus playroom. The master bathroom and bedroom were gorgeous. We truly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. This is a perfect home for families or couples. It is beautifully decorated. There is also a pool!!! The property management company was awesome and check-in a breeze.

Beware!

Do not stay here unless you are ok with security being called for ANY fun. Security show up because we had kids giggling and having fun at 6 PM. The neighbors want ZERO noise at all hours. Also the listing says accommodates 5 cars. It should say 5 compact cars. If you drive SUVS or trucks you cannot accommodate 5 and will hang 2 inches over the drive way and get another few visits from security. The security basically said they are required to come out even if it is middle of the day when neighbors complain of people in the pool. So even if you are within day time hours when there are no noise restrictions- except several calls if you step outside. The distance to the beach is not worth the headache you deal with when it comes to the neighbors.

The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and beautiful. The rentals for bikes and chairs were helpful and fun. We loved the main living area for family to gather, and it was nice that everyone had quiet space to go as well. The saltwater pool was a big hit too. Communications were timely, clear and easy. Overall, a lovely place to stay. Oh and we’d love to know the brand of mattress in the second room on the second floor. A couple family members had the best sleep of their lives!
