La "Maison de la Réunion" vous montrera que Sea Pines est plus que des pins! Vous voudrez réserver chaque année une fois que vous restez pour la premiÚre fois. 5 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain, maison à 2 étages avec vue imprenable sur les marais, une table de ping-pong, baby-foot TV dans chaque chambre! 6 minutes de la plage. Vous pouvez voir le Salty Dog Marina à partir de notre plate-forme arriÚre et profiter de la sensation ouverte rare dans la mer Pines. Capacité d'accueil 12 - 14.

L'intérieur de la maison a été récemment repeint et "rafraßchi". Nouveau béton souillé au rez-de-chaussée, nouveau tapis à l'étage, nouvelle literie, lits et beaucoup de commodités.

Nous sommes venus à Sea Pines depuis des années ... cette maison ressemble à Sea Pines ... trÚs confortable, mais offre également une vue imprenable sur le marais, de beaux oiseaux à regarder et des couchers de soleil sur l'eau font beaucoup plus que beaucoup de le "pin" voit la plupart des offres de Sea Pines à la maison.

The house was a perfect base for our college friends reunion. We golfed, kayaked and biked during our stay. The house is conveniently located near the beach, food and bike rentals. It was spacious enough for our party of 10 that we never felt cramped and we all enjoyed our own bedroom/bathroom area. The pool was perfect for an end-of-the-day dip and relaxation. If you plan to visit the HH area and have a large group of people, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying in this home.

The Reunion House was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for everyone and close to all the island activities and amenities we wanted. Plus, the scenery and wildlife in the backyard was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Reunion House! Responsiveness of host was fantastic for all our questions and the location couldn’t be beat. Super easy to walk to the beach, even with little ones, and we loved being so close to The Salty Dog for happy hour or a cup of ice cream! There were great sleeping options for our whole party, no fighting over who gets the best/worst rooms - they’re all fantastic. Having the pool at the house was a huge perk for us!

Family Reunion

We had a lovely stay at the Reunion House and really enjoyed the amenities of the house as well as the Sea Pines area. The pool and ping pong table were a huge hit, and the walk to the beach was easy and enjoyable. We would stay again

Great accomadations

Great location, beautiful marsh view, nice pool, rec room with ping pong and football table made for some evening competitions, two large living areas. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Excellent weekend getaway

The house was beautiful with some new renovations. Close enough for a short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe and even shorter to the beach. Host was very communicative and helpful for all of our needs. 10/10 would recommend

Great Experience

Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy walk to beach - pool at the house was great. Tim was great to work with - whole family enjoyed the trip and the access to great restaurants including the Salty Dog made for a great time.

Great House and Location!

We had a great stay. Tim was very responsive and accommodating. House was very spacious with a great game area downstairs, living area and porch overlooking the beautiful marsh views. Heated pool was also a great amenity to relax in after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon!

Great location and feeling!

Two families with lots of little kids stayed at the property. The main floor is wide open with great views and spacious rooms. The Kitchen has everything you need. The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. When we arrived there were a few issues and Tim was responsive and tried his best to help resolve. A really bad storm came through Thursday when we arrived and it was hard to fix certain of the issues while we were there.

Very, Very Nice ~ a True Reunion House

What an amazing place! We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with 3 generations attending at the Reunion House. Perfect location, "just off the beaten path" in Sea Pines. Short walk to the beach with many bike trails available. The pool is a perfect size and is a nice option if you aren't up for the beach. Plenty of room, beautiful décor, and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend Reunion House stays at Hilton Head. It is the perfect vacation home for a group of friends or a large family. There is more than enough space for "me" time as well as group time. The kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare meals and dine together at the beautiful round dining table for ten. We loved the sun porches that offered a sea marsh views which were fantastic - sunsets were beautiful.

Overall good

Upon arrival, noticed mold on ceiling and black mold out of vents. Kitchen dirty(there was still coffee and k cup in). Blinds and closets all broken. Tim was extremely responsive and provided gift of $50, but the mold is just not kept. Pictures obviously don’t show dirt. Pool nice, listed amenities were all there and deck with view nice. There was a major crack in a deck beam too. Trash was not collected the Wednesday as listed, so maggots by Saturday. We love HHI, Tim cares but doesn’t seem to fix the major issues. As business owners, this could be very harmful to future customers.

Family trip to HHI

Bald Eagle West was a great place to stay in Hilton Head when you have a large family. We were all able to spread out, yet there are great gathering spots in the home. We really enjoyed the downstairs rec room (ping pong table was awesome), the spacious kitchen table and the comfortable couch areas to play games in the evening. The beds were also very comfortable and I slept better than I have in months. The pool is nice and the service to clean it came twice while we were there. The grill was great and so nice when cooking for a large group. We also loved the beach access and all the biking trails in Sea Pines. Our communication with Tim prior to arrival and the check in process was very easy. The one improvement I would recommend is with the cleaning service. The bedroom we stayed in (upstairs king) had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned because there were alcohol cans under the bed and men's clothing left in the dresser. I realize the cleaning services have limited time between guests, but it was a bit disappointing. The kitchen also needed some deeper cleaning in the cabinets/dishes. This being said, we still think the property was great and would certainly recommend it.

Wonderful home!! Beautiful marsh views! We stayed with 8 adults and made every meal there. Plenty of space for gathering at the big table inside and out! Beach chairs and towels provided were super helpful along with a wagon to get stuff to and from the beach.

There for a team tennis tournament. 9 women shared the house. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Good communication with owner. Highly recommend for a big group. Beautiful views.

This was a college reunion celebrating 70th birthdays and 50/yrs of friendship! The house was well equipped and accommodated of 10 of us comfortably !The house is clean and comfortable

Location was perfect! Communication was superb! Top floor is newly remodeled with very nice bathrooms and perfect setup for a family with little ones. Basement is a great area. Needs some updating but clean, quiet and private. My husband and I stayed downstairs. Pool was great to relax at after a day at the beach. Our grandkids loved the pool! We rented bikes and used the trails by the house. It was a great week with great weather and tons of memories!
