Gourmet Kitchen with white and navy cabinets and stunning counter tops, stainless appliances. Huge Master Bedroom with Queen bed, TV, double sink cabinet in Master Bathroom, make up counter and walk in shower. Luxurious satin sheets, towels and beach towels for your use.

Host was quick to respond. Home was clean with very comfortable sitting in living area with large screen tv. Very open main area with bedrooms on each side. Kitchen sink overlooked the pool area outside, which was nice..Beautiful trees and flowering shrubbery all around the home.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! Nick and Anita communicate right away and go above and beyond with getting right back with you. Their home is beautiful and has everything you need. It was very clean, roomy, modern and up to date. We enjoyed hanging outside by the pool, watching the Olympics on the outdoor tv and making s'mores. We were able to go to the beach with beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon supplied by the hosts. Their home is near everything and a short drive to the beaches and the baseball park to take in a spring training game. It was perfect!

Anita and Nick were exceptional hosts. Not only were they quickly responsive to several questions we had during our stay, they went totally out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and fully able to enjoy our vacation. We have stayed in numerous properties over the years and I mean it when i say these folks are exceptional. 10/10 will book again.

Has *everything* you'd need and beautiful private landscaping surrounding the backyard. They even had a little owl. We had trouble with the dishwasher and they came immediately to fix it. Had a wonderful time!

Spring Break 2025

Spacious home with lovely pool!

Short family Vacation

My family had a great vacation while staying at Nick and Anita’s place. The property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. We had so much fun using the pool and snuggling into the couch to watch movies. It was also handy to have some games and activities around for my 3 year old daughter. Would highly recommend the property to others.

Beach vacation

This house was perfect for us. I traveled with my 2 teenagers. They wanted there space with no headaches. The house was close to so many beaches, entertainment, restaurants. The pool and house were just as described. Such a private setting truly a relaxing place. All house hold amenities to make the stay comfortable and clean..very Clean!! The pool was perfect at any hour of the day! The hosts were great, easy communication and check in and out....highly recommend!!

What a beautiful and clean house. 5 minutes form the beaches and several restaurants and plenty of space for the family. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot in Sarasota

The pool area is fabulous! We loved watching March Madness basketball on the outdoor big screen TV while hanging out in the pool. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. While it is on a major road, you’d never know because it is gated, quiet and private. The owners are very responsive. Highly recommend!

Nice and comfortable

The house is absolutely clean and nice. Bedroom is larger than we expected and well ventilated. Communication with host is easy and accommodative for any special requests at the last minute.We enjoyed the stay in Anita's property and want to come to her place again in near future. Without any reservations we are highly recommending this flat for the people who are keen on quality.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We had the best time at this property! It was very clean, serene with all of the beautiful landscaping surrounding the property and pool and loved the modern amenities. It is a short drive to everything in Sarasota. They are very responsive and helpful when there is an issue. I would highly recommend any family to stay here.

Sarasota stay

The house itself and pool area is fantastic! The house is very open and the outside area is great for relaxing. Lots of space. It is a gated house which I liked, but I did not like that it was held together by a bungee cord that we had to take on and off every time we came and went. I would have also appreciated knowing the schedule of when maintenance people were coming to the home as most of the windows are uncovered without blinds.
