The Space:

Tucked within the charming Gulfside Cottages community, this inviting beach cottage offers a relaxed coastal stay just steps from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach. Start your mornings on the front porch with a cup of coffee, then take a short stroll to the beach for a day by the Gulf.



Inside, the home features bright, coastal-inspired interiors and an open living and dining area designed for gathering. Sink into the plush seating for a movie night or enjoy a casual meal together at the dining table. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from quick snacks to full family dinners.



Upstairs, both bedrooms offer king-sized beds, private en suite bathrooms, and their own balconies—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. A twin bunk with trundle provides a cozy space for kids, making this home ideal for families or small groups.

Location:

Located in a quiet, walkable community with charming white picket fences, this home offers both privacy and convenience. You’re just minutes from Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Grand Boulevard, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets, along with a variety of local restaurants and beachfront dining options.



Please note: a dog is permitted, but it must be under 75 lbs, and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Miramar Beach. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. The house was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. A couple of minor updates would make it even better: the blinds could use attention, as many didn’t work properly, and some of the rugs are worn with corners turned up. These were small issues and didn’t take away from our overall experience. We were especially happy that the home was dog-friendly, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great house and we would happily stay here again.

Beautiful home! Great location!

We had such a wonderful stay in this immaculate, beautiful home! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the beach access was 3 doors down, making walking to the beach so easy. The home was equipped with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay, and the home and furnishings were very well maintained! We are already planning another visit for next year!

Doggie beach trip

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect location. Private access to the beach, shops and restaurants close by. Pet friendly and absolutely beautiful Only thing was the smoke alarms would go off when using the oven and not all the blinds would open properly, but these things are minor compared to the access this place provides

Beautiful Home, great stay

The property was absolutely beautiful and perfectly furnished. I loved how close it was to the beach and the pool. Luckily the weather for our stay was excellent. The only downside to the property was that the bunks were not very long...basically only small children, not teenagers, can fit it them.

Even though there is a lot packed into this area, the house still felt quiet and private. The location was great and the walk to the beach really is short and manageable. I love that the walkway has so much shade - definitely made walks on a hot day much easier! We really enjoyed our time and this was a great place to stay.

Great find and stay!

Great house, great location to beach and shopping/eating. The ceiling fan didn’t work in one bedroom and the switches in the half bath didn’t work. Overall, no complaints and would stay here again
