This was the third year we have stayed at Maravilla in different units and this was probably our favorite! The place was very clean and very well stocked. We were so comfortable during our week long stay here.

We really liked this property. Excellent location to beach. Was very well stocked. The beach chairs and umbrella included were a plus as well. Will definitely revisit. Furniture could be updated.

Great Stay.

We love Maravilla. We have been staying in Building 1 for many years. The location of this unit is great. It's a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the bunk room. Most of the mattresses are firmer. Pillows are flat. You may consider bringing your own if you’re specific about that. The lights from the outdoor walkway make the bunk room and guest bedroom quite bright at night. We always bring portable blackout shades. The kitchen is well stocked. They even have a crockpot. There are a few things that need maintenance, but did not make or break our stay. Local property manager responds promptly!

The condo was very convenient location to beach and the pool was just steps away from the condo but far enough away to have some privacy. Living room furniture could be updated along with beach equipment. But the beach equipment is an extra amenity. Being on the first floor was nice for us not having to go up and down on elevators or stairs. Being pet friendly was also a plus.

This has been our favorite place to stay in Maravilla. Very close to the beach and pool access. Easy access outside the back door for grass for the dogs to use the restroom. Would 100% recommend and will plan on staying here for our future trips to Destin

This property was conveniently located by the pool and close to the beach. It was very pet friendly, and had the things our group needed for our stay. Property managers were very responsive and helpful.

The furniture was run down, the rugs made of a rope fiber caused a lot of dust in the air and on clothing. I would not stay in this unit again. The complex itself was very nice.

Definitely coming back!

Loved our stay! Communication from the hosts made everything super easy. The location of the room is super close to the pool and close to the beach. I especially loved the fact that we were able to bring the pups to their first vacation. Only downside is there was construction going on directly above our room.Overall, great experience and definitely will be booking again!
