Wood Beach Retreat offers guests a professionally decorated and recently remodeled Seagrove Beach home. This home is a single-story home and features an elegantly designed living room with a large flat screen television and amble seating for everyone to enjoy. The gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with top-of-the-line cookware, dinnerware, and serve ware and stainless-steel high-end appliances is a true 'dream' kitchen.
The master bedroom offers a king style bed with an ensuite bathroom and large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers another king bed with a large flat screen tv and plenty of space to spread out. The third bedroom is the bunk room and offers 2 twin size bunk beds which can sleep 4.
The backyard offers guests a private sanctuary with a park-like atmosphere & a saline heated pool. Property also offers an exterior, private, open-air full bath that adds a sense of luxury & ease for guests to use while they are enjoying the outside pool or coming back from the beach. The beautiful Pergola & paved patio lead inside through the screened entertainment porch.
Wood Beach Retreat is in the Sugarwood Beach community and is moments away from Seagrove's fine restaurants and shops and is also proximate to the new urban towns of Seaside and Watercolor.
