Security Cameras: The property has four exterior security cameras for safety and property protection. Camera locations include the front door, back gate entrance, and two cameras facing the pool and backyard. Cameras are exterior-facing only and do not monitor interior spaces. They may record video and audio when activated by motion according to applicable laws.

The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
