This home features a private, heated and cooled swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating/cooling is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder Winter months or hotter Summer months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions. The pool DOES NOT have a safety fence, therefore use of our property and pool are at your own risk. There is a floatation ring pool side for emergency use only, but we do not provide any recreational floatation devices. We highly recommend that ALL guests in your party know how to swim. We also encourage guests to use the *Water Watchers* safety protocol so a designated adult is supervising swimmers at all times.

ψ HOT TUB ψ
The hot tub use is free of charge, so please feel free to soak and enjoy! However, we do ask that you follow our guide book instructions on hot tub use and care. We also request the cover be closed and latched when not in use. We get strong winds that easily blow the lid off. Please treat our hot tub as if it were your own.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

ψ NO-SMOKING OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ON PROPERTY ψ
Please refrain from smoking anything on the property or use of illegal substances. Any smoking evidence or use of illegal substances will result in a fee for odor/substance removal and furniture cleaning.

A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras/flood lights are positioned to monitor the side access gates and fence lines for security purposes.

Pool and hot tub maintenance occur weekly with groundskeepers/landscapers as needed. We will do our best to let guests know if there will be maintenance personnel visiting during their stay.

Welcome to the desert retreat life! While the sun outside can be fierce, rest assured our cooling system is doing its best to keep things chill indoors.
To help maintain a comfortable temperature and protect our hardworking AC units, we’ve set some gentle limits on thermostat adjustments. Don’t worry — it’s programmed to stay within a cool and comfy range, even on the hottest days.

ψ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT ψ
To abide by local legal requirements, you will be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Guest verification and signing the rental agreement & pool/hot tub waiver must be done within 48 hours to confirm the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation.
