We overall enjoyed our stay the only issue was the two twin size beds that were very uncomfortable. Everything was nicely labeled. The pool was excellent and the walk to the beach is crossing the st basically. The property was safe and quiet.

Nice unit and close to the beach

The unit was as advertised and was a short walk to the beach. It was a nice amount of space for my family of 4. The unit came with a cart/wagon, beach umbrellas and chairs. The washer and dryer was a nice addition. A short drive to Kroger which is always nice when traveling with kids

Good location

Great size unit described as first floor still had 8 steps to maneuver with adult walker. Unit had smoke odor seem like cigarette smoke brought candle odor did not last long . Floors had been swept but were dirty in bedrooms before unloading the car had to mop floors on arrival . Dining room table has nice thick glass covering table cloth with stuff under the glass. Bugs are expected on beach vacation the bugs we had were not the outside bugs they were food bugs. We sprayed 2 times a day left no food out. Front bathroom shower rod very rusty hooks will not stay on rod. AC great beds slept very comfortable 5 min walk to beach misleading must leave complex walk thru neighborhood. I would not say easy access...when finally arrived at beach beautiful..clouds many dogs on and off leash. Pool was fun time chairs comfortable. Left access code to door inside unit person at the check in gate came over quickly provided key for entry. Will stay again

Decent but Wouldn’t Rebook

I’d highly recommend this resort if you want a basic, no frills stay. It was budget friendly but didn’t lend itself to much else to be desired. All unit appliances were older but in working condition. We were in contact with property management all week because of cleanliness or pest issues, which may be unit specific. The property manager was difficult to get in contact with but it was easy to get in contact with regional management. To get the property up to our standards, we simply cleaned after the cleaning service then contacted them with any further issues. Issues we addressed- -long standing or set-in stains all over couches, dining room table, bed pillows, and kitchen area -small pests like spiders, beetles -large pests (cockroaches coming through vents), which was traumatizing Other issues: -parking permits (having to have multiple one day passes issues due to filing issues like Vacasa not registering us beforehand, a typo that caused error and confusion with another unit) Interestingly, Vacasa offered to reclean the unit but 1) it was such an inconvenience and 2) who wants a worker to come in and clean after you’ve unpacked The location is walkable to Folly Field Beach Park, which was a highlight. It is also near the Shelter Cover Harbour and Marina. We were able to take multiple trips to Tanger Outlets, Coastal Discovery Museum, and Freedom Park. We were a short 20 min drive from Sea Pines, which is definitely where we’re staying during our next visit.

Great place to stay!

My family of 4 stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We had a great experience. The place had everything we needed and more. Hope to stay here again in the future!
