This 1BR treetop oasis in Sea Pines sits amongst the gorgeous maritime forest for a truly unique beach and golf getaway. Floor-to-ceiling windows line the interior, creating a stunning panorama of greenery.

Dine alfresco on the open-air deck or gather for a movie in the living area. You'll be a quick drive to Harbour Town, famed golf courses, as well as the sparkling coastline.

LIVING AREA

Cozy up on the sleeper sofa in the living area to watch favorite shows on the 52' flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, as well as helpful gadgets to create delectable meals.

Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it's time to eat, share meals at the four-person table.

BEDROOM & BATH

This condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed and 32' TV. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Wonderful!

Adorable, immaculate treetop home located in beautiful wooded Deer Island, short walk into Harbor Town. Unit is newly and tastefully furnished. Kitchen well equipped and very comfortable bed. We biked twenty plus miles each day and spent hours walking on the beach. It was an excellent mini-vacation.

Golf Getaway

We had a wonderful stay and loved the getaway feel of the location so near Harbor Town. Laura was very accessible in checking us in and helped get our visit off to a perfect start! Would love to stay here again!

Private and beautiful

We’ve been to Harbourtown before and we love the area. We wanted lots of windows and trees and this was perfect. Very quiet but walking distance to everything. We’ll be back!Mary

Among the pines

Our month stay was delightful. Tucked away in the pines in a less trafficked, quiet location, the treetop house had everything one could need for a pleasant stay. The modernized kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bed was comfortable with more than sufficient linens and towels. It was a short walk or bike ride to Harbor Town, and there was plenty of pickle ball to be had at South Beach. Many great restaurants on the island. We highly recommend this house and this area.

Fun unique home.

We totally loved our stay. Everything we needed and more was available to us including snacks left by the hosts. We felt comfortable and relaxed in the home and hope we can return next year.

Deer Island Getaway

We have stayed in a few Deer Island homes over the past few years and this one is by far the best. The unit is immaculate and has an outstanding floor plan with a large kitchen and living area. The owners are wonderful to work with and made us feel welcomed at their property. We will definitely book this property again.

Peaceful oasis

Neat little tree top oasis nestled quietly in the wooded areas. So peaceful. We saw several deer right beside of us. Would recommend for a tranquil tropical getaway!

Home away from home

This property was immaculately beautiful!!! It came equipped with everything we needed and more. It was so close to beaches, shops, restaurants and everything. It was private and quiet. We loved it and didn't want to leave !!! We will definitely rebook this stay many more times.

Quick trip wish we could have stayed longer!

This was just a quick overnight trip so we could attend my nephew’s graduation at Parris Island (Marines). What a treat this treehouse was for us (it was Halloween when we checked in!). Everything was just perfect! We especially loved the three deer that hung around right outside of the unit until dark. We are former islanders who have moved to the upper part of SC, but come back to the Island often! We will definitely be booking this unit again! Highly recommend !

Great place!

I grew up spending the summers in palmetto dunes and never even knew this little neighborhood existed. Quiet private and smack dab in nature. My girlfriend and I had an excellent time here!

Great getaway

Everything was fantastic. Loved watching the wildlife walking around the property. It was close to everything. Definitely bring a bike if you stay on the island!

The Perfect Getaway
