PCB/Laguna Beach & 30A -3/2 Home - Heated Pool - Walk to the Beach!

Perfect for families, Aquamarine is a beautiful little gem in a quiet, low density neighborhood on the west end of Panama City Beach. It's an easy walk to Public beach access 92, 91, 90 or 89.

It's the perfect location, equally close to all of the shopping, dining and fun of PCB, Pier Park & Rosemary Beach/30A!

A craftsman-style bungalow built in 2022 with gorgeous finishes throughout including granite countertops and stainless appliances. All-new furnishings and linens are the perfect complement to create an inviting and comfortable stay. The bedrooms each have large flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, large closets, dressers and blackout shades for sleeping in or mid-day naps!.

Primary bedroom: King bed, granite vanity, dual shower heads in walk-in tile shower with bench seat, water closet, walk-in closet.

Guest bedroom 1: King bed, dressing table, two closets, dresser

Guest bedroom 2: Twin XL/Full XL bunk bed, additional full bed, sliding-door closet

Hall bath - Tiled tub/shower combo, single vanity with granite top

Outside boasts a beautiful private backyard and covered patio with seating and a gas grill. There is also an outdoor shower on the side of the house.

Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use.

House was very clean. Pool was clean and perfect size for 4 adults. Location was quiet, yet convenient to all our favorite restaurants etc. We enjoyed our vacation week immensely!

Quiet location, beautiful house and walking distance to the beach.

The house was absolutely wonderful, it was fully equiped with all the necessaties we needed weather it was in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room
there was beach supplies and pool toys. The hostess was awsome she answered all of our questions within minutes. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the beach!We will definitely go back.

Favorite Family Location

Our family has now stayed here 3 times (and once at the host other location). We absolutely love it, walking distance to the beach, always clean and very spacious. The young kids (5 and 3) absolutely loved the pool. I think they liked it more than the beach even. We will continue to stay here as a family.

The best stay

We had an incredible time at this stunning house! Myself and five friends stayed here and had an absolute blast. The house had everything we could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. The host was amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us, considering our booking age. The location was perfect, just the right distance from the attractions, and we loved being within walking distance of the beach, which wasn't crowded at all. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

Aquamarine House

House is very nice with a great owner. We stayed for over a month while our condo was being renovated. Great backyard and we enjoyed grilling steaks one evening. Quiet residential neighborhood. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing time at this home! Very clean, everything you could want or need for the kitchen, bathrooms and the beach! Pool was amazing too!! Property Managers are great communicators and are available if you need anything! Thank you for everything!! We enjoyed ourselves once again!!

Best beach house!!!

Things we loved: - Host Kindness and ease of communication.- proximity to great uncrowded beach (very short walk or drive and park) - very thoughtfully stocked house. (Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, hair dryers, etc. we only needed our clothes.) - proximity to groceries and dining is five stars! - CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! We were so impressed. - layout for our family of 7 was perfect! Enough beds, enough couch space, and enough dining seating. Even when cooking or washing clothes, we were all together happily! - their check-in process and access is so simple. Check out they asked almost nothing of us. - pool is basically brand new! Heated! Private! - every detail is so well thought out (shower on side of house. Remotes for garage door, covered back patio, coffee in the house! ) Even our children went on about how this was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. It was luxurious, affordable, and truly relaxing.

Relaxing and peaceful

This home was so much nicer than the pictures conveyed! It’s located in a historic neighborhood where things are changing fast. These new homes are going up between the old Florida ones. Very nice to take long walks. Everything in the home was well thought out and we had everything required for a longer stay. Bed and linens very comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything to prepare all meals. Fully furnished shaded patio with private yard. The shower in the main bath is big and beautiful. We had quick feedback from our hosts for any remaining questions. They are wonderful to deal with. There are chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available. And did I mention the beautiful beaches? Absolutely top ranked. Definitely a home to return to. Thank you so much!

Beautiful Spaces for a Family

Absolutely beautiful home. We stayed with 6 adults and two children under 3. We loved sitting out back in the morning, very short walk to the beach, and an open floor plan we could enjoy dinner and movies in. Location was great. It takes about 5 min to the walk to the beach. We’ve stayed at the same location for 10 years before the owner sold the property. This place was 100 times better and so much cleaner.

Everything that was described about the home and location was just that and then some!! Clean, great location, beautiful home inside and out and really enjoyed the use of the two bikes for the night ride my step-daughter and I took.
