Paradise Found | Beachfront, Steps from the Beach!
This beachfront home is located in the close-in west end subdivision of Spanish Grant Galveston. Paradise Found is a roomy two-bedroom, one and a half bath home that will easily accommodate 5 guests. The Spanish Grant subdivision has lovely beaches and guests walk out the front door and directly out to the beach access walk over to the water's edge (over the sand dunes).
Paradise Found has a lovely covered deck area with Adirondack-style seating so guests can watch the sunrise in the morning and dream away the sunny afternoon under the shady cover of the deck. The under part of the house features a closet with a full-size washer and dryer, outdoor heated shower, and large picnic table and charcoal grill.
The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is quaint as can be with cottage-style décor and a charming parasol at the end of the kitchen counter. The living area features a very large television, cable TV/WIFI, and DVD player with Netflix capabilities (bring your own login/password) for guest use. The kitchen features an open bar area for cool drinks while the chef prepares a fresh shrimp dinner for the family!
The primary bedroom has a queen bed and television and en-suite 1/2 bath, 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed plus a twin daybed. The 2nd bedroom also features an extra twin under the daybed for an optional sleeping arrangement. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable with adequate storage and closet space to stow away suitcases and other vacation gear. Guests who stay at Paradise Found will return year after year for the cottage atmosphere in a beachfront home! Three-night minimum rental is required in the summer season. Four car maximum at this property. As with most beach properties, internet and WIFI can be sporadic with beach wind/weather. No refund for outages.
There are three (3) approved public pedestrian pathways to the beach in Spanish Grant. One is at the end of Spanish Grant Blvd. and the other two are at the east and west ends of Ventura. DO NOT enter the beach at Buena Vista dunes or by cutting through private property to access the beach. Parking is only allowed on the beach side of the road on Buena Vista.
SPANISH GRANT
Spanish Grant is a quaint, cozy, welcoming, friendly, island beach village, established well before the â90s, located just seven miles West of 61st Street, with just three rows of beach homes and offers multiple pathways to access the beach. The beach in Spanish Grant is not a drive-on beach, which many families with small children prefer.
NOTES
All Ryson properties are non-smoking.
The couch is brand new, however the recliners are not setup to recline.
The owner has beach chairs, beach balls, toys, and a wagon for guest use. Please return back to garage clean for next guest.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Spanish Grant offers three (3) approved public pedestrian pathways to the beach in Spanish Grant; at the end of Spanish Grant Blvd. and the east and west ends of Ventura. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Ryson, established in 2006, is the largest local vacation rental provider on Galveston Island, offering close to 300 vacation rentals, including Ryson's Luxury Collection, in-house maintenance, housekeeping, inspection, laundry and property management.
