Diamond Beach 304-Sapphire is a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath luxury condominium with views of the 400' Diamond Beach swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit on the patio for early morning sunrises and watch the shrimp boats out in the Gulf while you sip your morning coffee. In the distance you can see the pelicans as they soar overhead and dive into the water for some early morning breakfast or the last bites before the sun rests.

This unit features a primary bedroom with king bed, television and en suite bath with step in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa for a total of eight guests. This condominium also has cable television and wifi for your convenience.

Join us at Diamond Beach 304-Sapphire for a relaxing get away - still close to everything that Galveston Island has to offer. Only minutes to the Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. Sorry, no pets at Diamond Beach resort.

DIAMOND BEACH RESORT
Diamond Beach Resort is a five-star, luxury getaway, located on the West End, just at the end of the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk. All units offer a private balcony with expansive and unobstructed Gulf Views. Guest will be able to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead and look down below to the outdoor pool and lazy river, without leaving your condo. Diamond Beach Resort amenities include a three-tiered 300′ cascading infinity outdoor pool, 750′ outdoor lazy river (guests must bring own tubes)(peak season 11 am – 7 pm), two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor swim-up bar and grill (peak season), sand volleyball court, cornhole, chess, ping pong, grills (9 am – 7 pm by reservation), cabana rentals (9 am – 5 pm by reservation), outdoor shower, indoor heated pool, outdoor veranda perfect for watching the sunset, game room, Ocean Movie Theater (open to public before 3 pm and private reservations after that time), Wine and Dine Room, children’s Jungle Playroom, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 business center, conference room, vending machines, secure building and gated community.

Check-in was great. Communication was great and easy. Property was nice however the pools could have been cleaned and had debris removed. Otherwise the stay was a nice get away.

Diamond Beach is excellent. It’s our favorite place to stay in Galveston. The condo was nice. However, the condo’s couch has seen better days and there is not enough seating. We had 3 adults and 2 children and we filled up all the seating in the living room. If there were 6 adults (2 per room) I think it would be tight.

Father’s Day

Three generations celebrating Father’s Day! This was the best stay we could have hoped for. Enough space for everyone and all the amenities keep the young ones entertained. Definitely worth it and we will return.

Disappointed with quality but had a good time

- Check in was confusing. - We were delayed over an hour because it was not ready and still being cleaned but was not adequately cleaned. We washed the sheets ourselves and found crumbs and trash throughout the condo. - There was no dishwashing detergent and there were dishes in the dishwasher. - The fold out couch was so uncomfortable and dirty that we ended up buying an air mattress and sheets. - There were no blinds for privacy or sleeping in for anyone in the living room space. - The water slide was not open and has clearly not been used for some time. - The lazy river and pools were very well kept and a lot of fun. - The light in the master shower was out and the light in the hall bathroom would turn off randomly. - The free grills available near the pool had issues and took us much longer to grill dinner than expected.

Primary bedroom had some major problems

1. Beds had not been made prior to us checking in...I had to make a call to have someone come back to make the beds. 2. Primary bedroom has a window in between the bedroom and bathroom - not ideal when 1 person is sleeping and another person needs to turn on the lights to go use the bathroom. 3. There is a window between the dining area and primary bedroom, so again light coming in while you are sleeping is a definite negative. 4. The unit is very noisy in general, so you can't have people watching TV in the living room and others trying to sleep. 5. My biggest issue is that the management company has you fill out this 5 page waiver that you have to read and initial at multiple points....way too much work when your just trying to have a nice relaxing vacation.

Upon arriving to our destination, check in was excellent. When we got to the condo there was a large fake leather chair that the leather was flaking off of it & it was a mess on the floor. The hide a bed couch was broken & it was almost impossible to sit on. The filter in the refrigerator needed to be changed. We called Ryson to let them know. I did not receive a call back so I called the next day & they told me they had received my message & had a maintenance guy on the way over. I was shocked that I was not called & told them. Two of the ladies stayed behind to meet with the maintenance man & he agreed with our findings, took pictures & left. I called the next day to inquire about the filter in the refrigerator & again never received a call back. We were there 4 days & I never heard from Ryson unless I called them back. We were told at check in that we had 4 rolls of toilet paper for 6 women for our entire visit. Any paper goods needed would need to be purchased by us. We had one towel, hand towel & wash towel for each person for our four day stay. This is ridiculous!! We had to go to Walmart & purchase towels, paper towels, hand soap & body soap not to mention more toilet paper. The trip was fun as we did get to visit by sitting at the kitchen table but for what we paid - we should have had better accommodations.

Perfect place for toddler

Absolutely loved the splash pool and lazy River! Condo was nice and cool with lots of fans. Walk-in shower was nice but the tiles were slippery.

First bad experience

My family and I have stayed at this property over a dozen times. This visit over Spring Break 2021 was the first disappointing stay. The refrigerator was broken. The freezer was broken of course too. We had to throw away all the food that we packed. The refrigerator kept beeping, thus making it difficult to sleep. The indoor pool was closed for the first time ever. I wish I could get a credit for another stay, or a slight refund.

Thanksgiving

Everyone at Diamond Beach Resort was very pleasant and professional. We stayed in Sapphire 304. Unit was very clean with a very nice view. Probably could have used a little better selection of glassware but we made do. We rented a cabana for a couple of hours and that worked out really well. We traveled from Mandeville La and our family came from Dallas. I would recommend this property as it also conveniently located.

We loved it!

We were there for a bachelorette party and It was perfect! It was a great location so it wasn’t too far of a drive anywhere but we also weren’t in the middle of everyone! Condo was as nice in person as it was in the pictures! We were all very impressed and loved it! Can’t wait to come back! 💙

Overall- nice property

The condo was great, but could definitely be cleaned better prior to arriving. Nothing that would deter us from renting again, but basic cleaning practices. Overall, a very nice location and great amenities. Would still rent again if needed.
