Wireless Internet available in this Non- Smoking home. Recently updated with unique beach themed furnishings. Covered outdoor sitting area to relax and enjoy after a long day at the beach or fun along the Grand Strand. Less than a Block to the Beach. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation. No motorcycles, no pets allowed.

The Space:
Flat screen TV in living room. Each bedroom has its own TV. The Main bedroom has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Enclosed Sun Porch. Covered outdoor sitting area.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. No motorcycles. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.

The Neighborhood:
Harris Cove off of 60th Ave. N in Cherry Grove. 300 ft to the Beach. Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property and you must stay for the duration of the reservation.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
