This is a residential neighborhood along the water, so please respect our neighbors by not interacting with them outside as they are home for the day to relax. Our backyards do not have fences so as not to block the view.

There is a neighbor to the front of this property on shared driveways who does not have access to this house or yard and also neighbors to the right and left.

While we love animals, however, we are NOT pet-friendly. The property does not have a fence and the neighbors do have animals, so for the safety of our guests furry family members we can not allow animals.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

If you move ANY furniture please return it to the correct spot upon check out. If any big pieces of furniture/rugs are moved we can charge up to a $500 fee. We do not want any floors scratched or furniture to break, thank you for understanding.
