Our only complaint was that the pool was broken the entire time of our stay. The pool was the main reason we chose that house to rent so that was very frustrating. The owner was super communicative and we know things happen, but hoping to be compensated in some way for the no use of the pool

Thank you for letting us know. I’m very sorry the pool was unavailable during your stay at 113WM — I understand how disappointing that must have been since the pool was the main reason you booked. We appreciate that the owner stayed in touch; we will review the reservation and appropriate compensation. We’ll follow up via Vrbo message shortly to resolve this.

Great home. We stayed 2 weeks with friends. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor setup. We would stay again. The host was there to take care of us with any of our concerns and was very willing to help us when needed. We availed ourselves of some of the concierge services and that was a great experience as well. We were able to relax and just enjoy the time.

Excellent stay - great layout - good management

We had three couples, and the four-bedroom layout was perfect. House and furnishings were very adequate. We really enjoyed the pool with partial shade for a good portion of the day. The couple of small maintenance issues which arose were corrected quickly and completely with good communication throughout. We would certainly stay here again.
