Relaxing weekend after the holidays

This place is amazing, especially because of the views!! It was the ideal beachfront location to relax and reconnect as a family.

Love this unit!

We have stayed in several condos at the Dunes of Seagrove and this was by far the best. The views were amazing and the unit was very clean. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous View and Great Location

Condo was laid out very nicely with each bedroom having their own amazing view of the water. Not a lot built around it which is nice. We did a bonfire and it was right below the condo. Great condo!!

Great Family Vacation

We love this location. The condo was comfortable and spacious with easy access to the pool and beach. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the sunset views from the balcony. The downside and the reason for the 3 stars for cleanliness was the condition of the carpet and rugs. They are in serious need of cleaning or replacement.

Great decks and views!

Seems like this unit has been well used in the past year. Still a great property but could use a little love. Carpets are in serious need of cleaning and/or replacement.

Great View

Great View. Condo is okay. Chopped up space, needs carpet replaced (filthy) washer and dryer are huge units stacked and can’t turn on dryer because controls are 7’ or more off the floor. Bad idea. Overall it’s nice enough but would not rent again.

Spring break 23

We loved our stay at this location. The weather was perfect and the beach was even better. Super easy to get chairs each day. Room was clean and perfect for our stay. There was only a couple downfalls: the main door to the patio (which had a beautiful view) was super hard to get open, wasn’t a lot of area for food storage and the main door didn’t have a way to deadbolt lock. The only reason this was an issue was our two year old kids could easily open the door and run out. There was no way to lock it. Overall we will be back for sure!!

All about the view

The location for us was great. We were close to Old Fl fish house and coffee Bean Co. Seagrove beach there is nice and wide with beautiful sand and great sandbars. The unit is very well maintained and renovated beautifully, the colors of white, beige, natural woods and blue enhanced and concentrated on the view. Attention to details with hooks, coffee and care packages was very nice. The layout of the unit is great with two master suites and then another bedroom and en-suite and the balcony is a 180* view. Loved there is an elevator , shopping carts and luggage carts to help with all your stuff. The only thing I wish the unit offered was a set of beach chairs to come with your stay and some beach towels to be available that would make it the perfect place.

Beautiful condo and excellent location!

We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law, newborn granddaughter, and mother-in-law. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath and gorgeous ocean views from our own beds. This was great for my mother-in-law since she couldn't go to the beach with her walker. She loved seeing ocean from her bed. Stunning views and HUGE balcony with great furniture. Swivel rockers were amazing. Rocked our granddaughter every morning and evening on the balcony. Living room furniture was super comfy and again, the swivel rocker there was also great for the baby. Good quality kitchenware. Loved having 2 types of coffee makers. Not sure where it would go but could use a little more space for pantry items. And the curtains in the Queen bedroom were a little tricky to close each night. But other than that, the place was just lovely and perfect for our family vacation. Highly recommmed!

Family vacation with a view

This condo is beautiful with a view for every room. Condo’s kitchen is stocked well, but there is not any storage for groceries. We managed by clearing an area for some items. Checkin was a breeze but we were missing a band. The only issue we experienced was trying to reach someone about the missing band. I was finally told a PM would bring one on Monday but that didn’t happen. We managed with the 3 bands but it would have been better with 4. No other problems required a call to PM, but if a urgent need arises I would like the piece of mind that I could reach someone. Disappointed that we had to purchase beach service and that it was not included. This was our 5th year at this complex-best condo and view.

Great front row seat at the beach!

Expansive windows and exterior porch plus a nicely, gently updated condo right on the beach. You can hear all the sounds and watch all the activities of beach life, engage in it all within a matter of a few steps, or just close the curtains and rest in a quiet space. Room enough to sleep and seat 6 comfortably but you could probably add a couple more if needed. Kitchen and Bathrooms were well stocked and Bath and Bed linens/pillows seemed new. The only hiccup we had was that our electronic bracelets needed for pool use and beach access were not in the unit when we arrived and not fully activated when we received them. It took us a couple of days to have access to all of the amenities. Hopefully, this will be fully resolved prior to next guests arrival. The management team were courteous and helpful but they are not on site and it seems their inventory is fairly expansive so it took them a little time to solve our issues...Probably not an uncommon issue due to the continuous and expansive rental growth in the entire 30A region.

Incredible Ocean View
