Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Two great weeks on St George Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always great to be back on SGI. I have lost track of how many times we have stayed in this property, so it seems like home. The first week was with friends and the second with family, all repeats. The beachside gazebo, pool, and shaded game area were thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Public beach access is going to be a problem though in the future. Growing very rapidly. I think we will look on the far east end where public access is not allowed.

The location of being right on the beach cannot be matched it's incredible to step right on the beach from the gazebo stairs.The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. All the essential were there for a wonderful week. All bead room and living space furniture was comfortable for lounging and a good night's sleep. The outside space, especially the gazebo, was well utilized by our family. The pool and pool area was also a welcome change once we tried of the beach. I must point out that the pool upkeep could have been better maintained. I contacted the.offixe about the pool skimmer net being broken and it was promptly replaced so we could remove crabs each day. I also told them the pool gate latch for the combo lock had completely rusted out of its metal post. The pool itself could have used better up keep with cleaning and water filtration. The fountain is nice but about mid week it was just a trickle and the returns and skimmers were not functioning to clear surface debris, bugs, etc out. We were clearing the pool surface and bottom of debris ourselves which is not the end of the world since we have a pool at home and used to that sort of thing.All in all it was another week at the Seacrest House and at beautiful St.George Island and we will be back next year.

We have stayed multiple times in Sea Crest, lured back each time by its simple amenities, especially the beachside gazebo, the shaded game area under the house, & of course the pool. It's gotten competitive to get a reservation, but we did get 2 weeks at the end of summer. My wife inadvertently left some personal things in a bedroom drawer. To her delight & my surprise, management mailed the items to us. Many thanks to all the staff members involved!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved SeaCrest! It was perfect for 3 couples and we felt like we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfy. The king bedroom has a master bath and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The half bath is down stairs which is great when you are at the pool or beach. The kitchen was well stocked for 6 people. The deck and boardwalk provided seating for a beautiful sunrise each morning and made it easy to get to the beach. The pool was clean and bigger than I thought. We loved hanging out under the house. The only thing to know is the public beach access is next to the house so we had to put out our Canopy and chairs early so beach goers didn’t set up in front of our house. The beach cat Tabby was so sweet. He greeted us in the morning and walked the beach with us at night! We would recommend this home!

The owners are fantastic people (we met them when they came to replace the battery in the smoke alarm, and we had a lovely conversation). We can't wait to visit again.

The only negative was the pool maintenance was not done frequently enough. We had to add water before the pool company came by and the chlorine balance was off causing some green algae to begin to form on the walls of the pool. Didn't dampen our spirits though and we continued to enjoy the pool and house. We will rent again in 2025.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year we have our family reunion on SGI! Our 7th year renting. Our first time at this property. We loved it! One of our Favorites. It has amazing outdoor spaces! Great gazebo, pool area, plenty of shaded seating, not to mention the beautiful beach! The home is comfortable and was very clean. No extra amenities like most rentals so bring pool toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. For the home, dish soap, garbage bags, paper products, etc. We just ran to Piggly Wiggly on the island and stocked up! We loved Jan (the woman who works in the office on the weekends). The office staff is very helpful. One person offered to bring her crockpot from home for us to borrow! Amazing customer service. We booked for next year!

We love the gazebo, common space near pool and numerous furniture for relaxing by the pool.. This property offers so many options to enjoy a beach stay and we have already booked for summer of 2024.

Reviewer Comments: My prior reviews already reveal the many benefits of this oceanfront rental, including private pool, shaded gathering area great for board games, and a rare beachside gazebo. This visit we were pleased to find significant improvements to both the interior and exterior with fresh paint, a welcoming upgrade to the entrance/stairwell, attractive new flooring & new furniture in the living room, and abundant new pool side furniture. We'll be returning for another 2 weeks in the fall.
