This was our first experience with VRBO and it was lovely. The entire family had a great time, pool was clean and we had perfect weather. The beach is also a very short walk from the house. 10/10 experience.

Much needed vacation

This was our first time to St George Island and we really enjoyed the house, beach and relaxed and quiet area. The house with all the amenities was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at, and will definitely be back.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

We absolutely loved staying here. The owner was very accommodating with our needs and always replied back quickly when I had a question. The location was wonderful with only a few steps away from the beach access. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and fun, special house

We looked the 3 levels. All of the bedrooms were great! The Aloha room was amazing and so much fun. The pool area was great! Loved our stay.

Family Beach Trip

We love the house. Very cozy and beachy. My grandchildren loved the pool as did we all. We enjoyed the front porch each evening. Very short walk across the street to the beach. All in all, we enjoyed the house and the week!

SGI Family Summer Kick off trip

We love SGI and come every year to kick off summer. Sea Breeze is a very nice property located on the quieter west end with ocean view, close beach access and a private pool. Pet friendly, well equipped kitchen and the use of beach towels, beach/pool toys, chairs and bikes was a nice plus.

We enjoyed our time here, we lost a good pool day because the pool heater didn’t work, they promptly fixed it, but we did loose our best weather day at pool, the house has everything you need and the beds we’re comfortable

Yes, that was unfortunate and not something that is predictable. Your daughter and other family members also brought 2 dogs that you hadn't paid the pet fee for. I could have charged you an additional $500 fee, but chose to allow you the benefit of the doubt. I also gave you $50 off the pool heat fee. I believe I was more than kind and accommodating under the circumstances.

Great proximity to beach access. The pool was very nice. Great communication. Kitchen has all of the equipment you would want. Beach equipment and chairs were great. Only items to consider, but was fine with us. There are only two bathrooms in the living area and one at the pool level. The bunk room was a little small and no windows. The room on the top floor has an incredible view, but was a little warm. All in all I would highly recommend the place. My 20 something year old kids thought it was great!

The Salty Loft is just what the doc ordered!

This property is everything that you need for the perfect vacation! Beautiful on the inside, easy access to the beach, good views, cozy furniture, kitchen is well-stocked, the pool is great, and the owner providing chairs, bikes, and beach towels is a fantastic plus. Highly recommend!

Amazing private pool close to beach!

My family and my parents had an amazing stay here! We loved the heated pool and the proximity to the beach. The Aloha room was so adorable and provided amazing views of the beach and the island. We enjoyed all the board games available on one rainy day. The pool bathroom and outdoor shower were a convenient bonus we didn’t even know we needed. We’d definitely stay again!

When can we move in?

Looking forward to staying there again. Air quality in the home was amazing. The view from the 3rd floor bedroom for sunrises was unbelievable. Everything we needed in a vacation except too short a time there.

Great Family Vacation

We had a lot of fun staying at the house. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach access is fantastic and the heated pool was a lot of fun for the kids. We plan to stay here again. Jody was very kind and responsive to a question about the pool. St George Island was wonderful. Very calm - the beach was not crowded at all.

Beautiful place in the sand and sun.

We had a great time and everything was great. The pool was an extra fun for the teenagers. Beach in the morning and pool later in afternoon and sometimes an evening swim. The house was clean and accommodating to us. I relaxed and read a book that was supplied by the owner which I appreciated.

Our week at beautiful Sea Breeze

It was a wonderful week. The house was beautiful with plenty of space and great views. The pool was an added luxury. We loved it. In addition the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend this lovely home.

This house was amazing. Great location, super clean, a/c and washer/dryer worked great, and there is plenty of room for everyone. Our 2 dogs even enjoyed this super pet friendly home. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the front porch with the dogs, the short walk to the beach, and spending the afternoons at the pool. Jody was super friendly from the moment we made the reservation and through our stay! She supplies many things that have never been supplied before at any other rental I have stayed at. We will stay here again!

Best house on the Island

Sea Breeze is amazing. The owner has thought of everything and made it an amazing house! We loved having the extra fridge, changing room and bathroom downstairs. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. I can’t wait to stay at Sea Breeze next year!
